Before & After (4 weeks)

WORTH IT$9,400
1 month down! Had my check-in and all is well. I’m very happy with the results so far, I know they’ll continue to change as I hit 8 & 12 weeks and then at 1 year assess their true “this is it” stage. The office has asked to use the photos professionally for others to reference, so they’re happy as well.
I think I will end up being a 32B— but my guess is I’ll fit into some C’s depending on the brand. I’m still wearing my soft bras as advised until 3 months. This is exactly what I wanted. I think a true full C would feel ginormous to me. I love that no one truly notices they’re enhanced. Home grown! PS— the sexy times with the hubs has been AMAZING! :) I’m so much more confident.

I will say that the lower portion of both breasts is still numb. I can feel the nipples almost fully I’d say, but that bottom half of the breast not yet. This is apparently normal and will hopefully improve as my nerves start rapid firing back into place.

hello. love your results! what is your chest circumference? Do you wish you went bigger? is your implant moderate or high profile? I am having the surgery in 2 weekes, and i am between 315cc and 355cc mentor moderate profile... because i have a large chest i am worried i will have a huge gap with 315.. Thank you!!
Hi! Thank you! No, I wouldn’t have needed to go bigger. I wanted a “home grown” look, and not to be “the girl with big boobs.” I did a moderate profile. Based on my existing physical size, if I had wanted to go beyond 300 cc, I would have needed to go high profile for my shape to accommodate that larger size. From my pre-op measurements form:

Hemi-circumference is 16.3cm on R. 17.7 on L.
Breast width is 13.9cm on R. 14.2 cm on L.
Breast BASE width is 12.3cm on R. 12.6cm on L.
Does this help?

Day 1 vs. Day 14

2 weeks down!

Recover is infinitely easier over the muscle, based on my research. I’m glad I was able to do so, since I need to keep up with my little ones.

No pain at all to date, although I had some nipple sensitivity after trying out a triangle bra that just didn’t fit right. It was sliding and the friction over the day was not helpful. Lululemon’s Align V Neck bra, light support, C/D cup, is awesome. Supportive but not too tight, as you want them to be able to settle the right way.

My left does appear to be slightly bigger. But I need to give it the time it needs and see if they even out. It doesn’t bug me terribly, but I’m surprised that’s the one that’s bigger. It received a smaller implant (275 cc) whereas my right got the 295 cc. To correct some natural asymmetry I had. Maybe it’ll be fine in time. Really not that noticeable to panic.

You look fab! Had mine done under muscle 285cc 11 days ago and my right is also slightly slower in dropping/de-swelling. It's my handwriting side/stronger muscle so like you just being patient about it all! So interesting to see the difference between weeks! How often have you been advised to massage ?
Thank you! I think there’s also the reality that my boobs weren’t perfectly symmetrical to begin with (no one’s is!) but perhaps overlooked bc they were so small. Really if there’s a slight difference it isn’t a huge deal, and I do think they’ll settle out even more. So I’m over it, if they aren’t PERFECT. Bc they’re awesome to have either way!

Oddly enough— my doctor does NOT promote breast massage! Allegedly it’s an outdated method post surgery. Of course some do promote this still.
You sound so pleased with your results and so you should be!

My doctor also doesn’t promote breast massage and said exactly the same thing about it being outdated! Interesting.

Day 1 vs. Day 7

Day 7! My check-up is tomorrow!
My left boob is a bit more swollen than the right, you can tell even the nipple is still puffy and a hair larger, while the right is responsive to the cold in this photo and not swollen. Super normal, not worried about it. You can see from the side photo that the “upper pole” of the breast looks a little less poofy as well as on the sides. Slow n steady!

I can’t feel my nipples and the immediate area around, but each day I slowly get more feeling. Apparently this can take a few weeks.

Overall still very happy with them and the healing process. Zero pain! Ready to get rid of this granny bra!
