First of all, i want to thank everyone in this site who has shared their experience. I found it very helpful to read everyones reviews. So in return i would like to share my boob journey for all the girls who wishes to pursue their dream boobs :) I had my surgery yesterday 29/05/2018 and today marks my day 1 post op. My stats: 156cm in height and 48kgs. I wear 10A/32A but to be honest i don’t even fill an A cup ????
I got to theatre at around 1230hrs and they made me lie down in the bed that is shaped like a cross. I got very nervous but the my surgeon and his whole team made me super comfortable and at ease. As the anaesthetist was administering my dreamland concoction, my surgeon was holding my hand and reassured me everything was gonna be alright and to think of happy thoughts and the next minute i was out.
I woke up in recovery at approx 1500hrs and asked them straight away what size the surgeon put in and if everything went well. My surgeon ended up putting 275cc but i originally wanted to get 300cc. They told me that he struggled putting in the 275 so it just makes sense that he didn’t push for the 300cc which i totally appreciate because i was in an enormous amount of pain waking up. Apparently, i had very developed muscles and they very tight and it also didn’t help that i have a really small frame. They told me they’ve already given me Fentanyl IV (forgot the dose)before i woke up. I asked for more pain relief so they gave me Oxycodone 5mg which did nothig too.
My fiancé picked me up at approx 1630hrs. Walking to the car was a struggle, i could not walk straight and i cannot keep a good posture because my chest was super tight but i made it to the car and then we headed to the chemist to buy my post op meds then we headed home.
Arrived home at 1730hrs, went straight to my bed and had something to eat but could only tolerate a small amount of food. I took Diazepam 2.5mg and Panadeing forte 1000/600mg and Cephalexin which was in liquid form because i have difficulty swallong large capsules. I felt nauseous after taking all my meds so i took Ondansetron 4mg which i should really have taken 30 minutes prior to drinking all my meds. I started to become drowsy around and hour post taking my meds and still felt nauseous. I waited for it to wear off before i went to the toilet to pee. My aunt has been helping me to go toilet because i can’t pull my pants up and down :( I feel really bad but my movements are really restricted due to pain/tighntess in my chest area and in my arms (mainly close to my armpits). I couldn’t sleep properly last night, only had 1hr naps here and there because i’m still not used to sleeping in an upright position.
Despite all the pain i’m experiencing, i am still very pleased i went through with my breast augmentation. I can already tell that when i’m fully healed, i will love my new boobies ????.
I will attach my pre op shot and day 1 post op.
Have a great day everyone ????

So far today, pain is less than yesterday. And i can do more for myself. I have been toileting myself now and and i’m able to adjust myself in bed but still with difficulty due to pain.
