27 yrs old- 5’10-125lbs. 245cc and 230cc Motiva round

I’ve always loved my boobs but have forever wished they were just a little bigger. I live in NY and came home to South Africa a few days ago for my consultation and procedure with Dr Gary Zinn in Durban. I was a bit worried since he didn’t have a website with pictures like most American docs do but showed me a couple of folders with before and after pictures once I inquired at the consult. His overall manner was comforting but serious and he spent his time explaining everything to me including complications and risks. He was patient while I took forever to pick sizes and when I went back out into the waiting room to pay receptionist, it was packed with clients who had been waiting while I’d unknowingly cut into their appointment times. He’s known in SA for scar revision and breast augmentation.

I was barely in any pain. No nauseau post anesthesia. The anesthetist was amazing and I don’t even remember going under. Usually it’s really hard to find a vein in my arm when I’m nervous but he got it on the first try.
I stayed at Westville hospital in Durban and the nurses were all amazing. I did have an emotional breakdown for absolutely no reason because I “missed one of the nurses from the earlier shift” who I’d only spent about 30 minutes with hahaha. Kept apologizing for crying but I couldn’t stop.
Needed to pee sooo many times that night which was annoying because each time I had to call for a nurse to come take my calf pumps off (doc had requested I keep them on through the night for blood circulation).
I was woken up at 5am for pain meds and breakfast. Soon after the drains come out which I hated- mainly the thought of it was terrible. Mom came to pick me up after the doctor had come to check up on me and confirmed everything was great.
