loving the result

5 months post op and they already feel so natural and a part of my body. It's like they're supposed to be there. I can certainly play them up or down depending on what I wear. Most of the time I just wear a thin, very lightly padded wired bra (for securing implant placement as my surgeon advised).
Looking back, it is funny how I went back and forth with the fear of having #boobgreed or them not turning out 100% like my wish boobs. They are just boobs, and I have other thousand things to worry about rather than stressing over the implants I should have gone or have not gone for. They look amazing in bikinis and when I'm wearing normal & loose clothes, nobody ever notices I got anything done.
I still massage them everyday to decrease the risk of getting capsular contracture and make sure they are soft and nice. I don't stare at the mirror and observe or nitpick over the settling progress or stress over my decisions anymore which feels nice:) Hope my little (mental + boob) journey helps.

They turned out amazing!! I'm stressing over the size myself. I'm 32A, 5'6" ,125lbs ,BWD 11.7 I'm wanting similar.. very conservative just to finally have boobs. That I can play up or down. I think I'm gunna do 295 moderate plus extra profile (most surgeons recommended high profile cuz I'm so narrow). I'm concerned that it'll be too much upper volume as I too like the moderate natural shape. :/
Thanks for replying. I am happy with my result as well!!

Omg I can 100% relate to the fear of having too much projection. Spent months obsessing over the what implants to go with. My surgeon suggested 275-300cc (moderate plus) as I have wide BWD. I was very uncomfortable with the projection since it wasn't the "vision" I had for my dream boobs lol. I trusted my instinct and went with lower profile in the end.

How did you feel when you tried the sizers on? You lose some projection if you go under the muscle. Boobs also appear bigger in bras and clothes. It is also true that you will get used to having boobs very fast, become more comfortable with finally having side boob projections & result in wanting a little more. One thing I kept telling myself pre-op was that I’d rather gone too small than big, I had nothing to start with so I was fixated on wanting them natural. Then I realized as you heal, your “tolerance” of having projection will increase overtime, boobs you thought were big will become average size in your eyes. While I don’t regret what I went with because the size and projection are what I wanted from the start, these are very real too.

My surgeon told me the most standard/perfect cleavage gap is ~2cm (something most surgeons don’t mention/take into consideration tbh, wide or narrow BWD). I would subtract that from your breast width and look up the chart and dimension if you know the brand you’re using, to check what other options work for you in lower profiles. Consult with your surgeon again and try the other profile on until you feel confident. Hope it helps in some way :))
Thank you so much for your response! That is very helpful..

The frustrating thing is here in ND, the surgeons don’t tell you what size they think you should do (they let you try on sizers, you pick the size, and they pick the profile based on what size you picked & your BWD). My surgeon said he would normally do HP but because I stressed wanting moderate, he said he could fit a moderate plus xtra. I’m still worried it’ll be too augmented looking.

I’m going back in feb 10 (surgery is March 2) for a retry and to talk with the nurse/surgeon.

I’m doing mentor implants by the way! Based on your experience what do you think would be a good choice for implants? I did try on the sizers, but they didn’t tell me what profile they were (and they looked surprisingly smaller than what I though). I liked the 325. But now I’m thinking 275 or 295. You can see my wish pics and before pics in my posts :)
Omg MamaX255 I totally feel you. I meet with 2 surgeon, one recomended 200cc moderate+, second recomended 250cc Hp. My bwd is 10,5 and both are the same lenght, but 250cc is 1,1cm wider (profile). I dont know what to do. Think that we all have same problem in picking the right implant implant. :)
I’m sorry! at least they recommended a size though. Mine just said anywhere from 250-350 and then he would pick the profile. Which is a big variance in sizing! :/ when’s your surgery? Mine is March 2
This sounds close to my experience! My bwd was 10.9 and I just got 225cc Mod Plus 3 days ago. I'm super skinny and was completely flat before. I was going back and forth between the 225cc and 250cc HP too :). These decisions are so nerve-wracking!
How did it go?! Been following your account for a while now :)
It went really really well!! I'm shocked at how easy recovery has been so far. I'll post an update soon :)
Your results are amazing!! Just wondering what size bra do you wear now?
I recently got the 250cc mod+. And was in the exact same boat as you. I only wanted super natural boobs but the boob greed is definitely kicking in haha.
Is the mod + just one level up from yours? I wasn’t given the option of any projection lower than mod+
Yes, that's true. It is really hard to choose because on one girl cc's look totally different than others.
If I would be you, would take decision on my bwd (if the implant is wider, I would see him) and profile I like. Because the difference between 250 and 350 is probably only in profile. But I know it is easy to say and harder to do. I do not have the date yet. Hope I get it this week. :) p.s. Sorry for my english, I am not from US.
Thank you for sharing your story. I am day 11 post op and having a tougher recovery than anticipated. Wondering how working out feels after 5 months. Do you feel like hindered at all by your BA?
Where is this red suit from?:)

almost 3 month po

sometimes I even forget I have had the surgery done because they are so natural and have low projection (in a good way). And also because I did my procedure in Aug and I never had the chance to wear bathing suits or a fitted tank (besides tryin on at home).

I am not a fan of the “slope” personally because I prefer a teardrop slope more and the diameter is too large for my taste, however I made this decision myself. I refused to go with the moderate plus. I was scared of the larger projection and I was right because I still dont want to have projection larger than what I have right now. my bwd just doesn’t allow me to have that perfect teardrop slope, nice cleavage gap and low minimal projection at the same time...but whatever they’re just boobs in the end. I really don’t think about it that much anymore. I am grateful for my result and how far I’ve come! The most important thing is to stay healthy and focus on other stuffs that matter now that I have finally crossed one thing off of my list. Looking at my pre-op boobs, anything is better than what I used to have really!!

I really need to catch up on my massage routine though. What is everyone’s massage routine like?? Do your surgeons require you to do them daily?

Wow, they look perfect! Congratulations. I hope mine look like that, can't wait for the drop :D
Thank you! glad your surgery went well & can't wait to see more of your progress :)
They look amazing and SO natural!! How's your incision these days? Was it more painful than you expected? My surgery is on January 5th and my surgeon specializes in the axillary/armpit incision... I have no idea what to expect about the potential armpit pain :-0
the scar is around 2.5cm on both sides and i have tape on 24/7 so i barely look at it tbh.
arms were tight for the first few days, i couldn't raise my arms all the way up but was still able to tie my hair and brush my teeth since day 1. on my week 1 post op, my surgeon told me to start stretching my arms to increase mobility. i guess my implant sz is small so the recovery was very fast so it was very insignificant to me, there was barely any pain. i'm glad i went with armpit incisions too because any scars are visible on asian skin.
That is so good to know! Thank you for responding so quickly. :) Good luck on your continued healing journey, girl!
They look so natural! Would you mind telling me who was your doctor?
Thank you!! your comment makes me very happy:)) I did it oversea in Asia.
They look so natural, I love it.
