Hi ! Can you explain why you did fat grafting ? Was it all done in 1 procedure (implant and grafting )? I m flat as a board and I m looking into options of making implant look more natural .

Sure! My doc recommended it because I have a very bony breast plate. He wanted the cleavage to look more natural. It was all done in one procedure. I was on the table for about two hours.

Pre Op tomorrow

Going in for my pre op tomorrow morning. The only thing making me nervous right now is the fact I have to get on a plane 48 hours after surgery. I'll discuss it with the surgeon tomorrow and see what he says. Crossing my fingers he doesn't postpone our surgery date. Adding a few more photos so you can see what in starting out with.
