I have been wanting a BA for a while now! I wear a 32 B and hoping to wear a D or DD after surgery. My surgery is November 29th In Birmingham Alabama with dr Hedden. I will upload pics through out the process.

I was just looking for photos of breasts I liked to show my plastic surgeon and I chose yours because they are so perfect-I thought they were “after” photos!!

I ended up going with 425cc. Still not sure of the profile of them. Was wanting high profile but dr. Hedden said that he will pick the profile for me. There isn’t much pain going on as of now. It’s more of a pressure and tightness. Staying on top of my pain meds and muscle relaxers. Overall it’s been an amazing experience. Will keep updating along the process!

Day after surgery...had my post op appointment. Everything is going good. Pain isn’t bad at all. Been taking my pain meds like clock work. Still very tight and heavy on my chest. Great experience so far! Asked doctor today what he ended up putting in and it was 425 high profile. Very happy with results so far!

Did you go under or over the muscle? Are you still liking your size choice and feeling good?

I went under the muscle and yes I’m still loving my size! I went straight silicone. I’m right at 3 months and they are starting to feel real and moving!
