265ccs smooth round high profile 100lbs 5’1” 36 YO Two Kids

My boobs are officially dropped and I think mostly fluffed. Doc said they are mostly there…I’m hoping they will soften a little more…they’re not too firm but def firmer than I expected. They look amazing in clothes…very subtle which is what I wanted. Naked or in a bra they are much more of a statement but I’m getting used to it. Definitely a little fake looking at certain angles/lighting but to be expected. I think I picked the perfect size for my body, really happy with them and excited to finally wear whatever bra I want to! The incisions are perfectly placed and healing well. I think I’ll buy some scar cream to quicken the healing.

More painful this week for some reason. Breast felt tender, sore and highly sensitive nipples. I’m still icing them at night. My
Right especially…I noticed it’s the stiffer one, the left seems to be softening faster. Naked they seem like too much but I know once they drop and soften they’ll be perfect. Love how they look with clothes!

Minimal pain…just feels like it felt when my milk comes in when I was breastfeeding. Still high and hard. Obsessed with how they look can’t wait to see what they look like once they’ve dropped. Softened and little more natural. Tried on most of my bras, some were definitely a no go, but others looked amazing. I was like “ oh so this is what this bra is supposed to look like… Not like an empty sad cup.
