The entire process leading up to surgery was effortless. The entire staff at CAPS were helpful, supportive, and accommodating. I was so unsure between 265cc vs. 295cc. I didn't want to be large, but rather natural. I ended up with 265cc under the muscle. I am 5'5" and 145lbs. I started out as a 34A. I didn't spend much time with the surgeon, but his nurses were amazing. Stay tuned for updates!

I ended up having bilateral pecs blocks which kept my pain minimal for the first 24 hours. Mostly tightness and discomfort. After 48 hours, I took a quick shower. The incisions look ok, except the gauze is stuck on the surgical glue. Breasts look as expected (high, tight, and swollen). Overall very pleased with the post-op course so far. Flexeril is the key.

Are your implants round and did you go under the muscle? I am trying to decide between 200cc and 235cc implants, I am scared about being too big and unnatural looking but also worried about going too small. Do you know what your BWD is? Mine is 11 xx

I have Natrelle gummy bear implants under the muscle. My surgeon recommended high profile. I'm not sure my BWD but I want to say maybe 12? I'm about 5'5 and 140lbs if that helps. I was worried about being too big as well so I went 265cc (vs 300cc). I'll probably be a small 34C.

Feeling so good! No more tightness. I almost feel back to normal but still limiting activity as instructed. The girls are still high as expected but look and feel great. I have my post op follow up this week and very eager to get back into some normalcy and the gym. Haven’t needed pain meds or flexeril for a couple days now.
