WORTH IT
I’m officially 2 months post-op. I went with 265cc plus a 25cc fat transfer (though only about 10–15cc usually survives), so I’d say I’m roughly around 280cc total. I’m honestly very happy with the result! Sometimes I think maybe I could’ve gone a little bigger (285–300cc), but then I remind myself that might have felt too large on my small frame. At the end of the day, I’m happy with what I chose and I think no matter what, we’ll always find little things to say about them, but overall I love my outcome.

Update – 1 Month & 2 Weeks Post-Op
It’s officially been a month and a half since my surgery, and my boobs feel great! Most of the swelling has gone down. At first, my right breast felt tighter and now it’s much softer, but I do notice that one breast still sits slightly higher than the other. I think with more healing time they’ll even out. I also have a bone that sticks out on the right side of my chest, so that breast will always sit a little differently. Even with that, my surgeon did his best to make them look symmetrical, and I honestly think they look amazing! I’m really happy with how natural they turned out.

Three weeks post op
It’s officially been three weeks since my surgery! My left breast is healing beautifully and already looks very natural. My right side is taking a bit longer, since my surgeon placed an internal stitch to close the pocket and keep the implant from shifting outward (because of my slightly uneven sternum).
That side is still tighter and a little swollen toward the side, so it needs more time to loosen up and drop toward the center. I know it’s part of the process, but overall I’m really happy with my progress so far and excited to see how they continue to settle in :)
