Found out that ITS NOT OK to be lactating when the nipples are being pressed. In my case it was when I was massaging. I mentioned this to my doc and he told me to stop the massaging immediately so i don't get an infection on the implant.
I have to take some type of medicine (I'll get the name when I pick it up) 3 times a day and I have to go back in 2 weeks to see if it stopped.
Besides that, everything is going great!

Today also marks my one month with my new girls. I've made a collage of progress. I have my 1 month appointment tomorrow.
I've been massaging them like I should have but my left breast now hurts a little on the side. I'll have to discuss this tomorrow with my PS.
I'm still patiently waiting for them to do down more.

Nothing has changed in since last week.
I've finally been able to have sex! Which I was honestly dreaming about doing during the end of the first week but I was too uncomfortable.
I've put on silicone strips to help with the scarring on my nipples.
I've been massaging the implants a little more in hope of helping them drop buttttttt I just need to take a chill pill and be patient.
I'm still very self conscious about my profile and i don't like wearing tight shirts yet. (As you see in the pictures)
