Ahh I can't believe I'm FINALLY going through with this! I've wanted to get breast implants since high school and have always put it off but I'm done being unhappy with my small boobs and am ready to take the plunge!! ???????? I've been following multiple people's stories and am really excited/nervous! I wear 34a/32b and want to get natural looking implants. I've had 1 consult and wasn't too thrilled with the PS and have another consult this Thursday and have heard great things about him so hopefully it goes well!! Any advice/suggestions is greatly appreciated!!

Ahhh starting to get nervous! I had my final sizing apt last week and couldn't decide on the final size so he was nice enough to order 3 different implant sizes so I could take my time in deciding. I have to get 2 different sizes since one breast is a little bigger than the other. I think I'm set on 275 and 295 mod plus profile, transax, under muscle. My biggest fear is that I'll lose a lot of volume going under the muscle and they won't look as big as I want. I want a natural look and want to be a full C

I'm thinking of 275 above the muscle. My dr suggested above because I have a little bit of sagging. I can't wait to see how yours look.

Yeah I don't have much breast tissue to start with so over the muscle wasn't an option for me. Unfortunately, since i know the recovery is much easier!
