Hi, I’m a 25 year old who has been wanting a breast augmentation for as long as I can remember. I can finally afford to get it done, and want to achieve a natural look.
As I’m petite and lean, and do exercise (weekly run, and some strength and lifting exercises) I want to keep a small natural look, but just finally have boobs!!
I’m 100lb and 5’2 and always been small. 34a is what I’m currently and I’m looking for a large B / small C type of implant.
I’ve gone to a first consultation and got told a 250cc silicone implant would be best. However after doing a sizing appointment, I got a bit scared and decided a 200cc implant would be better for me. What do you think?

I would personally recommend the 250, in all honesty make sure to measure your ribcage and the width of each breast. This is gonna a make a HUGE influence on which size will LOOK natural. I you get caught up on CC's you could end up with an implant that is too narrow and will make you look like you have two tennis balls on your chest. You are going to want a low or moderate profile, the implant will be wider but it will project out less. Measure your ribcage right beneath your breasts and the width of each breast. It will let us help you visualize and be more comfortable :)

Yeah he didn’t measure either so I’m not sure.. I tried on the sizers and some were flatter and others were rounder. I don’t even have a date yet since apparently the doc doesn’t release surgery dates until the month prior... :(

A second opinion never hurts!! Also you can measure yourself :). And if you don't have a flexible tape measure you can always use a piece of string then meauere it against a regular tape measure to get your numbers

Hi there I also had a consultation with Chris hill he recommended 300cc to bring me from 34a to a good d cup, he didn’t measure me either just put the sizers in and said they looked well, I’m trying to get a date for surgery but the Fitzwilliam Clinic are a tad unhelpful and told me it could be a week before I get the date, when I have a small child to look after I really would need more time to plan. Have they give you any indication of your surgery date yet.? I would def go bigger tho that’s what all the girls say after x

Hey I have the same issue with the clinic, they said they don’t have October dates until end of month, and I need to book off work for a week obviously :( And yeah I found it weird that he didn’t measure me at all, but I tried the sizers and 250 looked really heavy on my small body

Yeah, it’s not great to be honest, I really want October too, but for the money we are paying we should get the service to match. I called his secretary and relayed my concerns and told her I was thinking of going with another surgeon, she didn’t seem to care, so not sure what to do now:(

Oh no really?! I have another appt booked but the other clinic is 1k more so obviously it would be nicer to go with fitzwilliam for the money aspect...

Second surgeon consultation

Just had a second surgeon consultation and I’m much happier. He was a lot nicer (I thought) and seems to understand what I want.
He examined me and recommended OVER the muscle - which I was surprised about since I thought he would say I have no boob but apparently I have enough tissue. Gummy bear, round, between 210-240cc.
He would be using Nagor Impleo so either 210 or 240. I’m leaving towards 210cc as I liked that best when I did sizers.
Would also need to spend an overnight at the hospital. A bit more expensive but honestly when it comes to such an important surgery, money doesn’t matter. I’d rather pay more and be happy and healthy than the opposite.

I set my date for surgery! 18th Nov so only 2 months away.
The fact that it is now getting real is freaking me out a bit and I’m now overly obsessed with looking up everyone’s boob results lol.
By the way did anyone else’s surgeon tell them to get off the pill for 6 weeks prior to surgery?
Ps I’ll post better pictures once I’m back from holidays as well as wish boobs

Hey! My surgery date sooo close to yours! It’s Nov 14. I’m also petite 98lbs/5ft. Best of luck! My doc suggested 275cc range (I have a smaller pre op size than you) and I have the same mentality as you. I don’t want crazy big fake looking boobs and like to stay quite active as well. It’s reassuring to that we got similar suggestions from different doctors...I’m hoping that means we will both get natural looking results :)

Yes we’re super similar! What size do you think you’ll end p with? I’m just so scared of 240 only because my rice sizers felt huge and heavy on my chest! Are you also getting overs?

My doctor is going under. She said that will help me get a more natural slope since I’m quite thin. I actually got pretty nervous about it over the weekend about the size and emailed her to ask if I could go even smaller in the 175-200 range. She said she would order it but it may not arrive in time...so we’ll see what happens

I haven’t seen my doc since consultation lol only the nurse, and she didn’t tell me what he ordered. I’m just assuming he’ll order 210 and 240, I’m guessing their high profile but again, we didn’t discuss the profile.

Ooh I think 210 and 240 won’t be too big! I heard rice sizers aren’t too accurate and I’m sure our doctors have dealt with people of our body size before :) we just gotta trust them

Oops didn’t answer your question lol. I’m gonna ask for the smallest one in the range. Which might be 275 in my case if the ones I just asked my doctor for don’t come in time :( or I might just postpone my date if I still feel unsure. I’ve been looking at other people’s results with our pre op stats who did around 250-300 (which is pretty hard to find) and some look big and some look like what I’m going for sigh
