Update!!
I am so sorry it’s been so long since I’ve updated! I will post pictures in the near future. I have zero pain/discomfort, my breasts have not changed in about 4 months. They DID continue to change past my 1 year mark. My scars are still kinda dark, so I may need a scar revision in the future but they are fairly hidden under my breast so I’m not worried about it now. I am also currently almost 12 weeks pregnant! When my husband and I decided to have one last baby after I already had this surgery, I’d considered the fact that my breasts still looked and felt pretty fake to me. I knew they’d never pass for “real” because of the size I went with, but that was probably my biggest let down. So when deciding to have one more child, I took into account the fact that this will change my results, most likely negatively, but that was okay because I believe it will give me a more natural appearance and feel. It’s also possible that they will change to the point that I will need a revisionary surgery after this baby, and I’m okay with that possibility as well. My breasts have already started getting bigger, and I will try to keep updating through pregnancy for women who may be considering having children after surgery. I understand it’s not a very common occurrence, so hopefully my updates will be helpful! I will say that I’ve never had breast tenderness/soreness with any hormonal changes in my life, including my last pregnancy, until now. I’m not sure if that has to do with my implants or not, but I feel it’s worth noting. :)

Figured I’d put up a few more updated pictures from around 6mpo. Had another check up with my PS and he’s very happy with them! So am I! Still some sensitivity, like a pulling sensation when they are grabbed, some soreness over the ribs if I wear an underwire bra for too long, but it’s very minimal. So happy!
Bottoming out concerns

I called my PS and emailed some pictures pertaining to my concerns about my implants (both, but more so the right implant) bottoming out. If my arms are raised even slightly, my implant falls below the incision/crease and my nipple is too high on the breast. My doctor assured me that everything is okay, they look good and there’s no need to worry. And they are NOT bottoming out. Well, I’m still worried. And disappointed. I had some professional boudoir photos taken this last weekend and I’ll post the ones that show best what I’m talking about. My right breast will be your left.
