Tomorrow, I will be 1 week post op!!! I chose to have my surgery done at CG Cosmetics in Miami with Dr. Art Krau. I traveled from about 8 hrs away and it was totally worth it. Dr. Krau has a private office in Miami as well, I chose CG cosmetics over his private office because it's cheaper and why not pay less for the same Dr if you have the option?! My whole experience was all around a good one. The place felt a little like a "boob mill" but Dr. Krau does amazing work and that's all that matters. So, here's a little more detail about me and my surgery.
Stats: 25y/o
5'3"
105lbs (very petite & narrow)
2 kids, ages 3 & 18mnts.
After doing tons of research and reading reviews and seeing pics on here (HUGE HELP), I originally planned to go with around 375-400cc silicone implants. At my pre op appointment the day before surgery, I tried on the implant sizers and with the help of my coordinator we decided that 450 would give me the results I was looking for. However, she did say that Dr. Krau may choose to down size a bit because of how small my frame is and narrow my chest is. The morning of my surgery (3/25/17) I got to the office about an hour and a half before my scheduled surgery time to do paperwork and the rest of that stuff. When the Dr. came in and looked at me, without even measuring me, he said that 450 would be a tight fit and he saw it best that I went down to 400. The next size up on the implants would be 460cc. After measuring me, he said that he still advised me going to 400 but if I really wanted to go with 460 that he could make it work, it would be a tight fit but he could squeeze them in there. I was so happy to hear that because all of my friends that have BA already, all said to go 400 or more or if wish I'd gotten them bigger. So we decided on 460cc natrelle round smooth implants. I did have to get Ultra High Profile, because the higher the profile, the more narrow the implant and I'm just a narrow person. Right after the doc left the room the nurses came in to start my iv and get me ready for surgery. Next thing I know, I was waking up in recovery and felt amazing. After about 20 mins, the pain and reality set in and I felt like someone has just kicked me in my ribs about 100x. The night after surgery and the next day were pretty rough. A lot of rest, pain meds, & ice packs. My surgery was on a Saturday so my post op was the following Monday, after the Dr saying everything looked good and giving me post op instructions, We left and drove 8 hrs back home (I didn't drive, I rode) it was very uncomfortable. Now I am a day away from 1 week post op and I feel great, look great, no pain meds in a few days, and not much pain just tight feeling. I am so happy with my results and I love my "girls" already! I can't wait to see how they look once they "drop & fluff" I'll be sure to post updates as I know this site helped me tremendously with my journey to new boobs.

Omg I can't wait!!! I'm having my BA done with him April 8th. I'm so nervous now that it's a week away. Your boobs look nice nice btw.
He is fabulous! I'm so happy with my results already and it's only been a little over a week. They seriously couldn't have came out any better. Good luck to you! Keep me posted
Oh yea & No reason to be nervous, I promise!! You will def need someone to do EVERYTHING for you the first day or two after, even pulling up your undies and even just sitting up lol ice packs, ice packs, ice packs!!!! I went back to work yesterday and was totally fine. It's only bad the first 2 days.
Oh cool that's awesome. I wonder if there is a place to buy ice packs down there, cause I'm not sure if the plane will let me bring them on.
CAN YOU POST MORE UPDATES PLEASE, IM INTERESTED IN DR. KRAUS UHP
THANKS.
Posting now
Sorry but those look fake. Too large as well.
Lupusgirl, if you do not have anything nice to say, please do not post, keep your ugly comments to yourself.that was very rude of you.
Well they look fake because they are fake haha and I'm glad to hear that you think they are large, that's what I was aiming for, now let me post some updated pics bc drop & fluff is real and they look MUCH bigger now and I absolutely love them and could less if you do or not. I didn't get them to satisfy your opinion
so immature of you to make that comment. she looks amazing and for being only a few days out of surgery, her shape is great. don’t burst her bubble and keep your mean remarks to yourself- completely unnecessary. we’re all here to be supportive towards one another.
Wow amazing results! Thanks for sharing - I'm at Day 3 post op and I can agree with the pain and discomfort - I sleep upright on a thousand pillows on my couch - are you able to sleep flat on your back
Te
I have been sleeping on my back since around week 2. Dr said once I'm able to sit up on my own without it being super painful then I can sleep on my back or side
