Some pain

I can feel the skin stretching still, pain is minimal/ doesn’t bug me too much. I always sleep with a sports bra, otherwise I feel like my skin is stretching too much.

Let me add that I’m 5’ and 112. I understand it’s all different for everyone
I was affraid of the same things. I ended up going as big as my surgeon thought was good for the look I was requesting. I just wanted to look proportionate but still be able to make my boobs look big when I wanted to (push-up bra) I think 440 would be good so that you don't regret not going bigger. I asked for "around 500" and he gave me 485 and I'm so happy with the size. I feel like anything bigger would have made me look too too heavy

Silicone over the muscle. I told him I wanted to large, like I was breastfeeding which was about a 32DD, he said he didn’t think this would be a DD, but when I put the sizers in, it felt like it looked that big.i also want to be proportionate but I know since I’m petite, whatever I get will probably look big, but I’m ok w that. I mean if I’m gonna spend the money, gotta make it worth it. But like I said, I don’t want to be unhappy because I’m too big
Honestly, I feel like if I went smaller I would have been unhappy. I think with your proportions, you will be happy with 420cc. I don't think they will look too big, but it will be big enough. I wold think about a range you can accept (something like 400 is the absolute smallest you would be ok with and 450 being the absolute biggest) this will give your surgeon room to try and see what looks best on your body while you're under the knife. There's also a limit as to how big he can go over the muscle. I have a smallish torso, and he thought these looked the best and the next size p looked too big for me. When I got measured at VS, they told me I was bigger than a 32DDD. They really don't seem that big because I feel they still fit with my body. What is our current breast size? If you already have some breast tissue I think 420 would look great. Did you try putting bigger and smaller sizers on?

Bilateral scaring starting to fade, they used to be really red/ purple. I just now noticed some stretch marks while taking the picture, but can’t really notice them in the mirror.

Everything feels great, I’m happy with the size.
