I am now at a place where I feel so comfy after my breast augumentation that I feel like iv had my new boobs forever.
The difference in 6 weeks and 8 weeks is crazy. They are so much softer, no pain, no sensitivity I'm so happy.
I think 255 was definitely the right choice for me for the natural results I was looking for. I'm over the moon

6weeks post op 255 mentor tear drop
I'm 6 weeks post Op today! Feeling great. 99% back to normal
Occasional soreness and sleeping on front is trick but other than that I feel great. There have been ups and downs. My toughest week was week 3 believe it or not.
I have absolutely no regrets and my body confidence has rocketed.
I was a very small 32aa cup and now measuring a 32c
There is no obvious difference in clothes as I use to wear really padded bras now I wear no padding.
If anyone has very little breast tissue and looking for a very natural result find a doctor with experience in teardrop. My surgeon has 20 years in breast augumentation and lectures all over the world. A lot of surgeons that don't have the experience in tear drop will usually say that they are no better than round but I totally disagree for some patients who are slim with next to no breast tissue the results of teardrop can be amazing.
I will be updating photos later today :)

I have near identical breasts to you and am booked in for augmentation in 4 weeks time. I also have two children which I breast fed and have been told by my surgeon that I’d be looking at somewhere between 230 and 260 cc so very similar to you, I worry that these won’t be big enough but after seeing your pics it’s giving me much more confidence.
Hi, I'm 5 ft 3 and weigh probably 8 stone I'm 2 months post now and actually feel like iv had these new boobs forever. I feel amazing. I was looking at 225 and ended up going 255 I'm so glad I did because 225 would of been too small. I felt really big for the first few weeks now I feel my perfect size. I'll add new photos now if you like so you can see them at 2 months post Op :)
you look amazing! May I know if yours was over or below muscle? I have little breast tissue as well but just enough to go over the muscle as recommended by my PS; he is recommending 255cc (left) & 295cc (right).. I'm 5'6 and 108lbs. I am quite active in the gym and carry weights, hence his advice to go over the muscle. I just want to be assured it's not going to look too fake (?) and gives me a natural look, lil to no rippling issues etc. Seeing yours is inspiring that the size chosen suits well and looks so good! Hope mine does too.. surgery is in 2 weeks!!

Post Op 4 weeks
So I'm 4 weeks 3 days post Op.
What a 4 weeks it has been.
Week 1 and 2 went really well and I felt recovery was going great minimal pain and feeling good then I got to about 16 days post Op and the pain started getting worse, my boobs become hyper sensitive and I was in so much discomfort at the tops of my breasts. I didn't sleep from day 16 to 22 post op and I found myself feeling worried and fed up. I went to my 3 week post op appointment. My Dr said that everything seems to be feeling well and looks great but I must be experiencing nerve damage where the nerves have been stretched. He reassured me that this would improve over time.
From about 3 days ago iv started to feel much better again. The sensitivity has subsided and I'm sleeping better. Mornings and evenings are where I feel a bit sore and achy and I'm still not able to sleep on my sides. My right breast is a little tighter and higher but I use this chest muscle a lot, hoovering, cleaning, ironing etc I can feel it contracting on times so I'm trying to use left side but it's hard. Hopefully over time it will drop to sane position as left.
Overall I'm really happy with size and shape they have looked quite natural from very early on I think the tear drop was absolutely the right decision for me as I had next to no breast tissue. My scars are healing really well iv had no pain what so ever where my incisions are. I have aching in both armpits often but nothing to bad.
I have been bra shopping at 4 weeks post Op and am measuring a 32c in Calvin Klein. I'm so happy with this. I'm still only wearing sports bras but have bought some lovely non wired bras that I can start to wear in 2 weeks time.
