25 yr old (2kids, only 1 breastfed) 5'3 and 120 lbs athletic build getting Sientra Gummy Bear 440 cc breast implants.

First I just wanted to explain that the only reason I'm sharing all of this super personal pictures and info is in hopes to help others who may also be getting a breast augmentation. I can not explain to you how much I learned from other people's reviews. I think one of the most important things I realized is that everyone is different and your results are not based purely on wishes, but depend quite a bit on genetics. When you get larger breast by getting implants your breast will be just that, a larger version of what they had already looked like. You won't get more cleavage if your breast are naturally far apart, your stretch marks won't go away, your nipples will still look like your nipples, etc..... so try not to focus too much on other people's results. Also CC size looks extremely different on everyone. How much breast tissue you had before, how much Loose skin, your height, your weight, under the muscle, over the muscle, silicone or saline all play a part in how a implant will look on you no matter what the size. Next I wanted to talk about what I did to prepare for surgery. After scheduling my surgery I had to get some blood work done and have it faxed over to my doctor. I also got prescriptions from my doctor for nausea and pain I had to get filled before surgery to have for after. I was prescribed one for zofran (for nausea because sometimes the pain medicine and anesthesia can make you very nauseous,) and one for Norco (to deal with the pain after the procedure.) I brought these with me to my surgery. The night before my surgery I took a shower and cleansed my body with an antibacterial scrub called Hibiclens to reduce the risk of infection or germs. I was told to take out all jewelry and if you wear contacts those must be removed also. I was also told absolutely no makeup day of surgery. No eating or drinking anything after midnight day before. Last I picked out a large sports bra, a zip up jacket over and yoga pants to wear to surgery so they would be easy to get on and off.
