25 yo, 5’2” 115lbs, 400cc silicone under the muscle

A lot of initial swelling has gone down and majority of the stomach bloating gone! Tightness around the chest gone. Just some stinging on incision and occasional sharp spasms that last only a second! I was told by many surgeons at consultations that my nipples are naturally misaligned pointing different directions and that implants will make them more noticeable. One boob is naturally slightly bigger than the other, but not enough that I cared for my surgeon to use different implant CCs. Honestly not a big deal with me I’m use to it, I’m more concerned of the overall look with clothes/bikini on ???? Lastly, I also have scoliosis so certain photos my body distortion is more noticeable.

Skin still tight but most the tightness in the upper chest is gone. Loving the more and more everyday!
