I'm 5'10 150lb fitness fanatic. I had 34B and wanted my body to look more proportional. After trying different sizers on I ended up getting 500HP silicone implants placed under fascia. I had my surgery on Friday march 3rd 2017.

It's crazy but since Ive got home after surgery I haven't take any pain meds at all, I still feel a little pressure in my chest but I think it's slowly going away. Can't wait till my first post-op appointment tomorrow as I'm not allowed to take my bra off until then. First night after surgery I've tried to sleep on my bed with lots of pillows but it didn't work that well for my back so next night I moved to the living room and slept on the couch. Felt comfortable and I woke up with no back pain at all. I've been walking for an hour at least in my neighborhood starting day two every day.

Just had my first post-surgery appointment today. PS said everything looks great. I can finally shower now, he also told me to blow dry tapes on a cool setting before putting my bra back.

Looking great!! Was glad to come across your review as another tall girl...I'm 5'9 and having surgery Thursday. Glad to hear your recovery seems to be going well.

I *think* 550cc (saline, under muscle) but will be going over it with my doctor before surgery just to be sure. I technically wear a 34B, but very deflated from nursing and have hardly any breast tissue to work with.

You look great! I go for my first post op visit tomorrow. She has had me in a wrap with the white strap to push down the implants. Tomorrow I get to move to a sports bra and hopefully I can keep this strap off.

I had a strap on top right after my surgery for 4 days and finally they took it off at my first post-op lol. Doc said to keep wearing my surgery bra 24/7

Fabulous! I'm near your build and I'm athletic too... I have been worried about choosing submuscular vs subfascial. I'm interested to see how yours are in a few days? I have my pre op Monday ! And surgery the 27

Ugh I've been undecided all the way till surgery day! But my surgeon said subfascial!
