Visited Dr. Rosenblum again today for another post-op. He took stitches out and I saw my scars for the first time. They look good! I can start light upper body workouts and will be able to go "all in" in another two weeks. Doc also said I can wear regular bras with no underwire, but to sleep in my surgical bra. He also told me to rub my scars with cocoa butter three times a day. I found 100% cocoa butter "stick" in Whole Foods, very easy to apply (vs jar). Next post-op in 4 weeks

Had my first workout today. Only did lower…
Had my first workout today. Only did lower body and only isolated exercises. Finished with 10 minutes cardio on stairmaster. Feels great to be able to workout again! Here some new pictures wearing bras

They look great! Have they started to soften at all? I can't wait to be able to work out again, but it's going to be a pretty long time :/
They are pretty soft already. Bottoms are softer, skin is still little tight on top tho

Had some troubles updating pictures with my previous post, so posting some fresh pictures now. No pain, still feels little weird to raise arms, swelling and tightness has reduced a lot, especially after I started massages.
