Today was my pre-op! I can't believe I will be in surgery in 10 days! I decided on 405cc Natrelle silicone implants, under the muscle with the incision under my breasts. I am really confident in the surgeon I chose. He is board certified in plastic surgery and has many great reviews. I actually found him because I saw a girl on instagram who had her boobs done by him, and she wrote in the comments that he was her doctor. After debating surgery for three years, finally bit the bullet and I couldn't be more excited.
I like my natural breasts in terms of shape and perkiness, but I just want more volume and cleavage. I know a lot of people worry about going too small, but I have a definite fear of going too big, too! I want fullness but nothing over the top. I tried on the inserts in 350, 400 and 450cc. 350 was a little too small, 450 was too big, and 400 seemed just right. My chest will definitely look bigger in clothes but not super noticeable, which I was worried about with working in a professional environment.
Here are a few wish pictures that I printed out for my surgeon to bring into the OR. Can't wait till next Thursday!!

After considering this surgery for five years, it was SO nice to feel like all of my questions were answered and all of my concerns were subsided after meeting with Dr. Sorokin and his team. Everyone at Delaware Valley Plastic Surgery is kind, patient and thorough and I never felt like I wasn't valued as a patient. My result so far is amazing, and I feel like I got exactly what I asked for. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you Dr. Sorokin and team.

How tall are you? I am thinking of getting 450cc for a 400cc look because that is what the PS recommended. Just wondered if we are comparable in frame? Looking for post op pictures to decide if 450 is right for me or not. Thanks for sharing.

Congrats on your upcoming surgery! I'm not sure of your stats, but I'm 5'9" and 172 pounds currently and my implants are mentor high profile silicone under the muscle. I've got 400ccs in my right and 425ccs in my left. I definitely don't feel like mine are too big at all and they aren't overwhelming in clothes. On occasion I wish I was able to go bigger, but my PS said she stuffed me as full as she could. If you have any questions, feel free to ask :)

oh good to know!! I’m 5’6 and about 140 lbs. I’m thinking the 400s will be just enough without feeling like I went overboard

I think you will look wonderful! Excited for you and to see your progress!

And while you are recovering, I would recommend getting a few comfortable sports bras. Myself and many other women have purchased the Danskin front zip sport bra from Wal-Mart. They are the most comfortable sports bra I have ever worn. I have four of them now :) a
And an added bonus, they are $12.

I also had the same wish picture as you. It's the third one on your roll of pictures. Those were my favorite :)

Post-Surgery bras

RSMember17475
Here are some of the bras I got for recovery (I think I went overboard). The bra that I'm going to go home in has thicker straps, which won't work with a lot of my clothing when I go back to work - it's summer time!! My PS said I should wear the surgical bra for the first 5 days, until I go back to work and then I can switch to sports bras. As most of you probably know, you can't wear any bras with underwire for the first 6 weeks as it affects the healing process.

I found a great zip-up bra that will be really nice for recovery at home in addition to the surgical bra. It was like $15 at Marshall's! I actually got all of the bras in this photo from either Marshall's or TJ Maxx, aside from the light grey Calvin Klein, which I found at Nordstrom.

1 week and 1 day to go!!! :)
