My breasts are really soft and squishy, I almost forget they’re fake! I’m back to lifting my old weights from pre-op without feeling my implants as much as PO months 6-7. Also have been more comfortable sleeping on my side, but paranoid it’s going to affect the skin stretching.

I feel like I’m lacking the upper pole fullness and look pretty flat chested from the front even with a low cut top. I’d probably want to exchange for mod+ implants in the future (prefer cleavage over projection)

Finally feels like a part of me, I almost forget that I have them done! I can sleep on my side now but just get paranoid of lateral displacement. In regards to working out, def need a good sports bra for support when jogging. I can also resume working out minus chest exercises. Also was able to try on some underwire & push up bras and man do they look bomb!
I still have a visible scar but it’s not too bothersome. I’ve been rubbing in bio oil daily before I sleep and it’s making a difference.
Looking back on the recovery period, the first 1.5 months were the worst or most uncomfortable then it gradually gets a lot better.
Now that my implants have settled, they look and feel very natural. Although I am considering a revision to go bigger in the future, they are perfect for my small frame for the moment and discreet enough to hide from anyone who has suspicions or dislike the look of implants.

Hi! How are you? Yours look like the perfect size I want! I’m so jealous :-( I got 330cc and kinda regretted it. I wished I took 380cc... Many say once it settles it will look bigger as the muscle and skin relax and stretches. Does it apply in your experience?

Hi love, yours looks amazing!!! Like you, I wish I had an extra 50cc’s at the minimum. Month 4 &5, my breasts look a lot more natural and soft. To me, it looks smaller than months 2&3 but could also have been that packed on a few pounds since then haha. I’ll be posting progress pics soon. Best wishes for your recovery!

Hey! Did you ever be up going bigger? I have 480 cc moderate and everyone thinks my breasts are natural until I tell them otherwise. I highly recommend moderate if you’re going for a natural look. My issue is 480 is way too big. I think I want to size down to 330cc moderate. I’m curious if you have changed your mind about going bigger? As someone who works out 6 days a week, I’ve found my bigger implants to be such a pain :(

Hey girl, I am in the same boat. I have 480 cc moderate. I got larger implants because all of the reviews on realself told me I would regret not going bigger. Everyone also thinks my breasts are natural and I definitely think moderate is the way to go. However, I also lift 6 days a week and have really low body fat, so now my chest looks way too big for my frame :( I feel like a porn star. Anytime I try to wear a cute top, my breasts just steal the show and scream for attention ugh. I was thinking around 300-325 moderate too. Did you end up downsizing?

Mondor’s cord & oily skin/breakouts

Juuiceeyfruit
About 2.5 weeks in, I developed Mondor’s cord under my right breast. I’m attributing part of this due to my posture and bra during the first two weeks but I could be wrong. Around 3 weeks, I started noticing more oily skin on my chest, back, and face. I started seeing acne on my back and mini pimples on my cleavage area/sternum. No breakouts on my face my def oilier skin. Tried to find an answer on RealSelf but there are no detailed explanations. Did my research on Google and a part of the oily skin is due to trauma/stress to the body post op, which causes the body to release cortisol? I was hoping it’s not from the implant itself, but it’s definitely cleared up by week 4 (for now at least)

It’s crazy how it all varies with each person! Hope your recovery went well :)

Yes! Oily skin is the body’s reaction to the trauma of surgery . This is a very common side effect . some girls break out while others (like myself) get “shiny” skin and you may actually go through a dry phase where your skin gets really dry and flaky this is caused by the stretching of the skin to accommodate the implants .
