245cc Motiva Ergonomix Demi, Sub-muscular 5’2” 118lbs

I can say my fatigue is at its peak today. My pain isn’t bad so I haven’t taken any medications today but I’m so exhausted. I had lots of water and tried to walk in the house, did my arm raises and rest. I weighed myself and it’s 120lbs now (lost 7lbs in 1 day! Wow). My legs aren’t as swollen anymore, though my belly is still sticking out lol.
More than anything, my neck/shoulders are so tight. The post surgical bra has been so tight on me, I feel like something heavy is on my shoulders all the time. I just wanna lay on the big bounce ball and hyperextend my upper back.
Hope I feel better tomorrow and my energy level is back

Day 1 (surgery day)
It went so quick! I just got sleepy, and it was all done when I woke up again. I was told it took 45mins.
My doctor told me to start arm raises every hour. It was so sore first but it got easier every hour. I just took ibuprofen and muscle relaxer that night and slept reclined with bunch of pillows.

Day 2
I took ibuprofen in the morning and continued my arm raises every hour. Still super sore but not too bad honestly. Definitely not to the point where I need prescribed pain meds. The most difficult things were to get up from the bed (I need my husband to help me get up) and to flush toilet lol (our toilet has a button that’s pretty hard to push)
I took my first shower after the surgery. Implants are sitting really high still, but I think I like the size.
I took muscle relaxer before bed to help me sleep in the uncomfortable position.

Day 3
Still sore, feels like muscle soreness. Took ibuprofen only today. Okay so I’m not constipated, but I noticed my belly got bigger and I weighed myself at 127lbs!! I gained 9 pounds since before the surgery lol. I googled it and it says it’s because of anesthesia and IV fluid etc… Here are the photos of day 3

I’ve already had small breasts but after breastfeeding 2 babies (1+ years each baby)? I had nothing left.
First I wanted fat transfer to breast but all 3 doctors I did consultation with, said I don’t have enough fat.
Anyways, I decided to get Motiva implants, 245cc Demi.

I just wanted to go back to my “breastfeeding size”. Nothing too crazy but I wanted to fill my breasts back up. I had gone in sizing app at least 3 times because it was just soooo hard to pick the size. I usually wear some padded bra so I looked like B with my clothes on. I didn’t want anyone to notice I had breast augmentation so I didn’t wanna go too big, but I also didn’t wanna have “boob greed” everyone is talking about.

My procedure was yesterday. I haven’t taken my surgical bra off to shower yet, but I’ll be sure to update it on here as I go through my healing process.
