240cc Ideal Saline implants - Incredible Experience

I am so, beyond happy that I chose Dr. Ravi as my breast augmentation surgeon. I am 28 and have wanted to get a boob job since I was 18, or actually more like 16 when I never grew past a size 34A. Over the last 10 years I have gone to see multiple surgeons and none made me feel like they truly understood what I wanted - a very natural look... not a "boobie" look (which looks great on some people too of course... just not my style). He listened to what I wanted instead of telling me what he wanted for my body which is what every other surgeon I went to see in the past felt the need to tell me. He did give me his opinion but in a respectful way, always taking into account what I told him. Because of this, I felt comfortable instantly. After reading all reviews about him online, seeings photos and reading about his qualifications I was 100% sure he would be my surgeon. I got 240 cc Ideal Saline implants as I wanted peace of mind if there was ever a rupture (I wanted to avoid silent rupture with silicone implants).
I am 3 weeks post-op and even if I'm still waiting for them to "drop and fluff" (happens after about 3 months) I am already so happy. The incision looks great already and I have virtually no pain at all although I'm still being very careful of course. All in all, I recommend him completely and I am so happy! Thank you Dr. Ravi!
