They have settled as much as they will by now. My surgeon said everything is normal and I can resume all activities. No pain or discomfort. Very minimal scarring around areolas. I am now a 32D/DD in bras but rarely wear a bra because I’d like them to drop even more.

They have improved immensely! I absolutely love your results. How would you consider the softness at this point if you believe they are settled, how is the movement?
Thank you! My left breast is a bit softer than my right, and they don’t move as fluidly as natural breast tissue, but they are squishy enough for me. In ten years when I have them replaced, I will most likely size down to free up room in my chest wall so that they droop more naturally.
Pretty and perky!

My right breast is much higher and has more of a “shelf” like appearance at the top. Going to start wearing a bandeau today for as long as I can tolerate every day. Also will try to massage the right one more. Hopefully this will even out.

They are high but don't worry. I believe since you started out quite small and went very large it does take a while for them to soften and settle. I had 3 sets and went quite large the last time and it even took a while. Like 6 to 8 months. Do you have any numbness at all?
I really am hoping time will do the trick along with some massaging. I think everything was very compact before the surgery.
I cannot feel my nipples and the surrounding skin.
Hello can you give us news? How has your breast evolved since the operation? Are they softer now?

I recently had a breast augmentation procedure on 02/28/2020. I just had my 2-weeks post-op appointment where the tape was removed around my areola incisions.

They aren’t looking anything like what I had envisioned, and I’m hoping that I will receive some insight on how to improve the appearance throughout the healing process. Specifically to reduce the roundness and fullness in the upper pole :)

I had 450cc Silicone implants (Natrelle)  Beginning cup size: 32A —Desired result: teardrop shape, full C-cup

Also, the implants were placed submuscular
How do they look now? did they settle and finally move into the look you wanted? do you have updates? I'm curious because I am the same size and i'm considering a 340ccs. I'm worried that that's not enough, but don't want to go overboard as I do not want that upper fullness.
I meant I don't want upper fullness that can seems to happen when going too large.
Just posted an update! :)
