One year post Op
They have settled as much as they will by now. My surgeon said everything is normal and I can resume all activities. No pain or discomfort. Very minimal scarring around areolas. I am now a 32D/DD in bras but rarely wear a bra because I’d like them to drop even more.
15 days post op and Uneven
My right breast is much higher and has more of a “shelf” like appearance at the top. Going to start wearing a bandeau today for as long as I can tolerate every day. Also will try to massage the right one more. Hopefully this will even out.
24 Yrs Old, No Kids, Originally a 32A

I just had my 2-weeks post-op appointment where the tape was removed around my areola incisions. They aren’t looking anything like what I had envisioned, and I’m hoping that I will receive some insight on how to improve the appearance throughout the healing process. Specifically to reduce the roundness and fullness in the upper pole :) I had 450cc Silicone implants (Natrelle) Beginning cup size: 32A —Desired result: teardrop shape, full C-cup
