24 years old, one breast feed child. Feeling deflated.

At about a week and a half! Had my first day back at work (I’m a bartender) and was definitely a little swollen when I got home. My back was hurting when I got home and under my arms felt a bit swollen so I took a pain pill to make me more comfortable so I could get some sleep.
Everything is healing well. I’m still a little swollen, bruised on my sternum and on the sides of my boobs but it gets a little better everyday. My boobs look fantastic. I love them more and more. The first few days I thought they were too big but now they look perfect. Every time I get out of the shower, I try on a couple shirts or a dress from my closet and fall in love with them again. I can’t wait to burn this surgical bra and wear everything I want to!

Everything is going well so far. I’ve been off my pain pills since Thursday and I’m feeling good. I had a good amount of bruising and swelling but that’s all going down now. My chest is still tight obviously. I’m getting realllly annoyed with this stupid compression bra. It feels like it’s slowly squeezing me to death lol. I’m also getting some itching on my incisions that’s driving me crazy. Trying to ice the incisions to help with the itching.
But on the positive, I LOOOOVE these boobs so far. They already look amazing and I can’t wait to go bra shopping.

Had my post op appointment today. Doctor said everything looks amazing and my surgery went great. I have lots of swelling and bruising already so I’m in some pain but I’m managing. Still taking 1 pain pill every 2 hours along with 2 aleve morning and night. I’m also taking my antibiotics and I just started some colace this morning in hopes that I don’t get extremely bloated and backed up.

My boobs like huge right now. I like them but I can’t wait to see how they look when they settle and some swelling goes down. Hopefully they turn out how I want them to!
