24 Y/O small B with 260cc round unders

I am 24 Years old. 175cm 63KG. All your posts have been really helpful. My treatment is in 2 days and I’m starting to worry a lot. I don’t want to go to big. Just how it looks with my maximiser from H&M. I went on 3 consultations and the last one (the smallest clinic) gave me so much attention and a different advice than the other clinics. He was the only one who advised round implants since my breasts have a lack of fullness in the upper pole and relatively much breast tissue in the bottom part.
The other treatment is liposuction around the front side of my armpits. For as long as I can remember I feel fat because of the fat / tissue around my armpits and relatively big arms compared to my small waist. The other clinics said that they could do lipo in my upper arm and nothing about the armpit. So at my appointment I didn’t mention the armpit , only the arms, but my doctor mentioned it itself, I was so happy that finally someone took me serious. He also told me that my arms are very masculine with barely no fat. So he said that he will do his best to fix it, even if I need more operations for it. He will do it without extra coasts.
But back to my BA.
I doubted so much about the size. My doctor advised 300cc to 310 cc. But I don’t wanna go higher than 260. He asked me to think about it and says he hopes I change my mind to at least 280cc. They will be sillicone implants from Eurosilicone.
My stand of my ribs and chest are a little bit in to my body (don’t know how to explain this haha) . My doctor says my breasts are not uneven but it looks like it because my chest is not symmetric. Now yesterday I bended over to take a before picture and noticed kind of a big difference in size and I am afraid that my BA will expose that they are not symmetric. Does anyone recognises this ‘chest problem’? And what do you guys think based on my pictures ?

In 5 hours it’s gonna happen!!! Trying to stay calm but it’s very hard haha! My biggest fear is that they won’t look nice naked, I know they will look good in a bra but I actually like how they look now and I would be very disappointed if the shape changed too much, I just want the same shape but then bigger. Also still worried that 260 cc will be too large, but my doctor said he wouldn’t go any lower because I would be disappointed. Trusting your body to someone else is something I find so hard!

So it’s done! 260 cc lp under the muscle. The nerves yesterday were okay to handle. Everything went smooth. Until I woke up and started shaking in my legs and chattering teeth for half an our without being cold. The nurse said it was the tension coming out.
After one hour i was good to go home.

I slept in a chair in the living room with my boyfriend next to me on the couch, very sweet! The pain is worse than I expected. It feels like they placed 2 bricks in my body. I can barely move my arms and I’m not able to stand up by myself. So that sucks.

Can’t wait to look in the mirror and see if they changed already !
