4 months update!!!
Hello everyone!! It’s been four months now
First picture post!
Super happy with them! Kinda shy posting photos like this ...
24 - 5'6 - 115lb - 285CC Ultra High Profile Mentor
Been a month since I got my breast augmentation. I was wearing a 32A bra, but even that never really fitted well. I went in for a consultation and Dr Brown said it would be under the muscle, under the breast incision, silicone, and round high profile. I did some research prior to my consultation so I wasn't really surprised with his recommendation. I later on booked my surgery date and came in a month later to choose my sizing and get my blood work form. I told Nurse Tanya I would like to be a C cup. She puts the medical bra and inserted 335 CC. It looked way too big and was like spilling the implant on the side... I try 285 CC... BAM. This was the size! I did ask why there isn't more sizing in between 285-335 but apparently Mentor doesn't make that. I would've probably just chose 300 if I could.
On surgery day, due to COVID my boyfriend could only drop me off at the front of the surgery centre. Surgery went smoothly, I walked into the OR room at 3pm and woke up in the post OP room at 5. I felt super cold, so they put a Air heated blanket on me. The IV was hurting my hand and I was angled a bit off so I needed help to move a bit up. I felt pretty energized by the time I got home, didn't feel nauseous or anything. Took a painkiller and slept on the couch. Woke up the next morning pretty sore, took a T3 after breakfast and was doing some errands with my boyfriend. My first post op appointment was 7 days after and then my second pot op appointment was 12 days after. HAD MY FIRST OFFICIAL SHOWER ON THE 12TH DAY!! Was a bit tight trying to wash my hair. Other than that, I felt that I was good to go within two weeks.
It been a month now, I can sleep on them no problem. My rib cage on both side still feels a bit bruised. I get little zaps here and there. I'm massaging it everyday. Started incision tape last week, and changing it once a week. Next appointment is in another 1.5 months. Scar is pretty faint, and is straight.
Verdict for now.. I love them!!! I never really wore v necks because having no boobs there just didn't look as great. I was always confident with my body before boobs, but now just enhances that. Still a bit shy to just wear a tight fitting top without wearing a coat at work. They look so natural, like my body was suppose to have these size boobs! This was an amazing decision. I am so happy !!!
