Hi ladies.
About two weeks before my scheduled surgery I started having cold feet. I thought long and hard about why I was doing this and if it was the right choice, and I ended up cancelling my surgery. Aside from the fact that I was just barely financially ready for this, I truly feel that I am not mentally ready.
I have been battling my depression for a while, and I’m scared that this surgery will have negative effects on that. And I don’t think I am strong enough at this time to handle negative comments after the surgery. (They mostly come from one person in my immediate family whom I unfortunately cannot dismiss)
I don’t think deleting reviews or accounts is an option so I will leave this here, but I will not be updating again. I’m going to spend the next few months working on myself mentally, because if I don’t love myself now, paying thousands of dollars for boobs won’t make me love myself more. And I am afraid of regretting them.
I am sad I didn’t go through with it, but I feel like if I am not 100% into this, then it is not the right choice.

I give you props for being strong enough to admit this to yourself and out loud. It's very wise to cancel than cause yourself unnecessary stress and unnecessary debt to only regret it all later. Thank you for sharing this review as it may help many others ladies out there with the same debate. I hope you are doing well. (*(*hugs*)*) Please feel free to message me if you ever need someone to talk to. Know that the RS community is always here to support you if you choose to share any other stories like skincare routines/products, Botox etc. Take care and happy continued healing dear. :-)

Thank you so much. Sometimes I still want them but in the end the risks of breast implant illness, capsule contracture, bottoming out, etc are too high and I just can't risk needing a revision right away. I am still considering fat transfer tho.

Just want to quick upload this as these will be the bras that I take before vs after pictures with for reference. The zip up is the bra I plan to wear for surgery, and the black is a bralette that I wear quite often. It gapes a lot right now. Sitting at like an A cup currently.

Hey there! I just found your review! Thanks for sharing your journey! I believe your BA was yesterday! Yahoo!! How did it go? How are you feeling? What size implants did you get? I got my BA revised last weeks. My boobs are all wrapped up but I’m sure they look great under there :).

Dr. Christopher Pellitiere
Price: $6000
Warranty included on implants only, does not cover surgery costs. Good for 10 years after surgery.
Additional warranty for $300 covers implants and surgical costs. Good for 10 years.
He measured my bwd at 13cm, and suggested between 375-405cc, moderate profile. Silicone round under the muscle, inframammory incision.
He didn’t have me try on any sizers which was fine since I tried them at my last three consultations and I have a pretty good idea of what I want anyway.
He informed me of everything I needed to know and then some.
I booked my surgery for Monday September 17 at 1pm. Really excited everything is finally rolling into motion ????

What made you decide Dr.P was the one?

Cheapest in my area, decent results, twilight anesthetics so no tube down your throat. The only thing that worries me about this doctor is he’s had a lot of patients bottom out. And even tho he offers a warranty so he will fix this for free or low cost, I cannot afford to take an additional month off for a revision (I’m a massage therapist so I’ll have to take 3-4 weeks off post surgery)
