235cc / 250cc Round Low Profile Plus
WORTH IT
After having a baby and breastfeeding I am in need of some help. I don’t want a ton of projection and am more afraid about being overwhelmingly big rather than too small. I could only find one other account that had lower projection implants so I felt like I should share my journey also for others. They apparently don’t even carry the low profile implants in stock!
When I went for sizing I chose a moderate profile cohesive gel implant. The range that I was interested in come pre-filled in 210, 240, and 255cc which I couldn’t decide on. I just kept feeling like they felt big for my lifestyle but I couldn’t put my finger on why it didn’t feel totally comfortable.
Dr. Carpin has been fantastic the entire time. Being totally patient with me and all my tons of questions and concerns, and even when I kept changing my mind. She’s very knowledgeable and has made sure that I feel totally confident throughout the process.
Right before my procedure I decided to change my implant type to a lower projection so I am now scheduled to have a low profile plus implant which I feel much more confident about and super excited for surgery! I know not many people get this but I think for me it will achieve that “mini boob job” look that I desire.

Day of treatment
Surgery happened today!
The entire process was great! I had to show up very early for a 7:30 am procedure. Dr. Carpin brought many different sizes and I felt totally confident in allowing her to decide what worked for me based on our conversation and goals.
After speaking to anesthesia and getting an IV started, etc... I was given a glorious cocktail for pain and whatnot and pretty much don’t remember the rest until I woke up in recovery.
I came home after being in recover for about 2 hours and pretty much crashed for the next 5 hours or so. I’m being consistent with meds given to me to keep pain at bay but I would like to stop taking it ASAP. Definitely shouldn’t have taken the pills with only a banana in my system and felt pretty nauseous but I basically just slept it off.
I’m sooooo excited to see them at post op tomorrow. I was very adamant about not too much projection so I’m praying they are nicely sized without being too small. We shall see!
Pictures to come!!
