One Week
Today i am feeling so so happy that I went through with it and I am loving my new boobs. It really is an emotional rollercoaster!
I am back to work today and no one would really be able to tell I had anything done if they didn’t already know. I like that there is just a subtle difference to the way my clothes fit. We will see how I feel tomorrow!

Post op day 5
Each day I have felt better and better and am able to do more on my own! My left boob seems to be rounding out already while my right is really tight. Already loving the side view though. I will say I have been pretty anxious about how they will look when they settle for good (are they going to be too low? Bottom out? Shrink too much?).
I am happy I finally got it done, but I did not expect to be more anxious after the procedure!

The first few weeks I was very anxious! I didn't expect that either. I felt an emotional rollercoaster for the first few weeks while they settled. And I too had my right side be a lot tighter for a long time and drop much slower than the other side. It's such a process after the surgery that requires a LOT of patience! Hang in there :).

I have been wanting a BA for around 10 years and yesterday was the day! I still wanted a modest look and liked the idea of being able to play them up with a push up bra, but not be the center of attention for certain events so I went with Sientra 235 moderate plus profile.
I have no recollection of being pushed into the OR and I woke up wondering when we would start the surgery lol
I have seen many people say that they felt minimal pain and have good range of motion right out of surgery, but this has not been the case for me. I feel a fair amount of pain in my mid chest area especially when it gets close to time to take the meds. My breathing is shallow so I have to work to keep taking deep breaths. I feel like I can’t do most anything on my own because so many things required pushing/pulling. I was not expecting to be so dependent on my boyfriend (but he has been absolutely wonderful with it). I think later today I will try slow stretches until it’s uncomfortable to improve my range of motion.
I will attach some before pictures as well as what they looked like in surgery. I haven’t showered yet so I haven’t taken off my wrap to see what they look like in person. Overall, even with the pain I am so excited that I have boobs!!! Excited and nervous about the final result!
