Nearing 5 month anniversary with the girls

It has been a while since I've updated this posting because I have been too busy enjoying my newfound confidence! Sunday will be 5 months post op and everything has gone wonderfully. I got a full body massage at a spa for the first time over the weekend and no issues there. Lifting has been a breeze and I'm back to being as strong as I was pre op. Push ups definitely feel strange and I've been avoiding those. I have done yoga a handful of times and those chataranga push-ups felt odd at first but feel more normal than a regular push up. Overall I have no complaints and I am thrilled with my results!

2.5 weeks post op
Recovery has been a breeze! I have been sleeping very well, I think I've finally gotten def to sleeping on my back! My boobs feel more squishy everyday and I no longer have morning boob! I wake up and they are soft. The left one is still sitting higher than the right and is taking longer to drop but this is normal and all part of the process. I have love them since day one and have been in the best place mentally- which surprised me as I thought this would feel like more of a rollercoaster but it's been all positivity over here! I did do a TON of research on what to expect and my surgeon was great and set very realistic expectations. The last several days I've been walking 3-5 miles per day with some unweighted lunges and squats and other lower body workouts. I feel great and like I could do way more at this point but I am listening to my surgeon and waiting until I am cleared. Patience is the most challenging part! I can't wait to run and lift again. Overall if you are thinking of doing a breast aug, 1000% go for it!

Wow! You look amazing. I hope my results are as good as yours, I’m scheduled for 21st July. Deciding between 200 or 220cc. Are your implants round? I’m going under the muscle too.

Yes they are sientra round smooth! I was in agony over choosing my size but ultimately I spent a lot of time thinking about it and going deeper and I had a gut feeling about what I knew would be right for me and I have NO REGRETS!

Could not have had a more positive experience!
From the first phone consult with Alli to post op appointments the entire office has been incredibly supportive and amazing during my breast aug process! Dr. Slenkovich is extremely knowledgeable and very realistic in setting expectations. He listened to what I wanted and gave me results I could not be more in love with! For the first time in my life I can look in the mirror and love my body the way it is! The entire office is friendly and professional and I appreciate how fast they got back to me with all of my questions (and I bugged them A LOT!). I did a ton of research on surgeons and he had by far the best mannerisms and reviews. Have already recommended to several friends!
