230/250cc mod profile implants for very active distance runner

I have been wanting larger breasts for over 15 years and the stars have finally aligned with where I feel mentally, physically, and financially. My stats are: 29 yr female, 5"3, 109lbs. I chose 230/250cc mod (sientra). My options were between 230/250cc mod profile and 280/300hp. I was in agony over picking the size and found a lot of comfort in the RealSelf community. It was a challenge to find reviews of people going under 300cc so I wanted to share my journey to help those in the same boat.
My surgeon is absolutely amazing and I knew this was a very personal choice only I could make. It was a matter of erring on the side of smaller or larger. After going back and forth numerous times, I ultimately chose the smaller of the two options. I liked the look of the moderate profile implants on my body. I am very active and a distance runner and feel the 230/250 cc will be perfect. I don't think I will have boob greed but we will see. I type this as I am hooked up to my IV waiting for surgery. Day one post op was better than I could have ever imagined! I was completely surprised with how calm I was going in, not nervous at all but feeling excited and at peace. I think a lot of this was due to the incredible surgeon and surgery team I had who helped me with any questions I had and gave me loving support. When choosing your surgeon I highly recommend doing your research and finding someone you trust.
I ate some crackers and applesauce on the way home from surgery because I was starving. I was surprised at how much of an appetite I had. It is now the morning of day 2 and I've felt no pain whatsoever, just a little pressure and minor discomfort. I can't even feel my incisions at all but they will also remain tapped for 1 week until my first post op appointment. I'd say my uncomfortableness is a 2 out of 10. I can't really get out of bed without the help of my boyfriend nor can I open jars or push down on the soap dispenser. I've been switching between Valium & Vicodin every 3-4 hours but am hoping to ween off that today. I totally woke up with morning boob. They feel hard and stiff but I am so so in love with them already and have no regrets! I think I'm going to love the 230/250 cc once the swelling goes down! I wanted something to make me feel sexy naked and in a bikini but also a size I could hide in clothes! I would say so far goal achieved!

Writing this the morning of day 3! Day two was great. I am feeling so grateful for how well this recovery process has been. All the anticipation I worked up in my head was by far the worst part. I can't even feel my incisions and only very mild discomfort. I could have showered yesterday but I was feeling lazy so I didn't. I took a long nap, lounged around the house, took a walk around the block with my boyfriend and we cooked dinner together. I can lift my hands over my head and put clothes on by myself- I have been able to do this since day one but now I have really no soreness. My left boob (the one that got 250cc) is still a bit harder and sitting higher but this is normal as they will heal at different rates. The right boob already feels more squishy and is beginning to drop more! I hear some sloshing/ gurgling which my surgeon said is completely normal. I took a Valium in the morning but then only ibuprofen during the day. I did take some more Valium in the middle of the night as I have a hard time sleeping up right. Wearing the band for most of the day as recommended by the doctor. It is uncomfortable but I keep reminding myself it is worth it to help the girls settle into a nice shape. So far I am so in love with them and feeling much gratitude for my body's ability to heal!
