6 month update

hiii! It’s been awhile since I’ve updated but just reached the 6 month mark since my surgery. The first few months afterwards I had a lot of numbness in my nipples as well as under boob. I’ve gained all feeling back so just know that loss of sensation and tingling (somewhat painful) is temporary! Another interesting thing is my right nipple was much more sensitive than my left.. so there was a period of time where my right nipple was ALWAYS hard lol and not my left which was really annoying but that fixed itself overtime too!
I honestly haven’t used anything for my scars yet because I tried to use bio oil and a silicone gel on them maybe 2 months in and I had the WORST reaction!!! horrible red bumpy itchy rashes all around my scar line and on my under boob. It was scary and so uncomfortable. I believe it wasn’t a normal allergic reaction because I’ve used bio oil & silicone gel other places & never had anything happen.. but I read online that as your sutures move towards the top of your skin, they can react poorly to certain things. SO anyways stopped using anything at all & washed them frequently with soap & water. All rashing went away but it took a few weeks. Be careful with that & make sure to wash after sweating a bunch! Unsure when I’ll try stuff for my scars again lol.
I was very slow with getting back to workouts, especially anything upper body. I pretty much waited a full 8 weeks after surgery to start running and doing workout classes again. And it took me even longer to lift heavy weights. Especially chest movements and anything that pulled overhead (lat pull downs, overhead tricep extensions).. hell even reaching to a high cabinet felt off like my implants were being pulled. I no longer feel this weirdness for the most part.. only if I’m lifting something reallyyy heavy or doing push ups lol. Not sure if that will ever go away or always feel kinda weird but it’s not painful & if it ever was I’d stop.
As you can see, I still have an asymmetry between them. My left boob was naturally smaller & had a higher fold than my right. We used a slightly larger implant & chose to bring my left fold down just slightly to try to correct this. I think they came out pretty damn even!! My right one still sits a little lower & my nipples aren’t perfectly in line but you literally cannot tell unless you pull out a ruler or over analyze (like I do) a photo.. in real life they look more symmetric. My bf says he cannot tell a difference. :)
Other than that I FREAKING LOVEEE THEM. They keep dropping every week and looking more and more natural. I feel so confident and sexy in clothes now!! They can look super natural & modest in some things or friggin HUGE in a push up bra hahah which is exactly what I wanted.. a natural look that I could make big when I wanted. I think I went with the perfect size and am so beyond happy with my results. Can’t wait for them to drop & fluff even more the next 6 months!

Week 7 update

I just got cleared to go back to physical activities! Taking it slow of course. I tried out a push up.. and it felt so weird!! Not painful but strange because you can feel the muscle contracting over the implant which is a little tight.
I’ll probably stick to leg days & cardio for another few weeks until I feel more comfortable with upper body things! Slowly test those over time lol.
Boobs are still softening. I think my pec muscles need more time to relax/stretch as well in order for them to be bouncier.
Left implant was slightly larger and it’s dropping a tinyy bit slower but honestly they look identical especially in real life.. pics make the difference seem more drastic?
Anywaysss here are some full body front / angle / side!

first time bra shopping!

Tomorrow will be my 6 week mark!! I know my boobs aren’t at their final state yet but I wanted to purchase some comfy t shirt bras to wear instead of just sports bras.
I went to VS and didn’t get “formally sized” but tried on a few diff 32 cup sizes until I found one that fit nicely. This is a 32D with absolutely no padding!!! I’m shook. I thought I would just be a C honestly but my girls were flying out of that one haha. Can’t believe I wear a D cup now - LIFE MADE. :D
It’s soo exciting and life changing to have boobs!! I’ve never felt sexy putting bras on before. I only bought these no padding no underwire t shirt bras for now. But it’ll be fun to buy more lacy ones in the future. And add padding for even more cleavage?!! Literally can’t believe it.
