Hii booby fam!! So I have wanted boobs since I was in middle school. I remember being so self conscious and flat chested while my other friends started getting theirs. One day I asked my mom "hey when did your boobs start growing?!" because her boobs were AMAZING, and I hoped I had her genes. She answered "they didn't." and my life was shattered learning that hers weren't real!!! So no natural boobies for me. :( Anyways now I'm an adult & can afford paying for a BA so I thought why not do something for myself that will make me more confident & excited to wear fun clothes!! I live in Seattle, WA and did tonsss of research, had consults with 3 surgeons, then decided that Dr. Shahram Salemy was my guy. He was the MOST professional, realistic, and kind out of the doctors I spoke to. I had one of the other doctors claim that "implants last for life" and he's "never had patients with capsular contracture or any complications", yeah okay bud. I know these aren't lifetime devices, and I know there's risks doing this!! I needed honesty. My father is a surgeon (not plastic) too so I've seen tons of surgeries and understand how things don't always go perfectly. Dr. Salemy explained everything about what size implants he could fit in my breast pocket and was honest about risks and everything. He and his staff made me feel so comfortable & like I was family!! I have my pre-op appointment tomorrow and my surgery is scheduled for Jan. 2nd 2020. I'm nervous but SO FREAKING EXCITED!!! Thank you to everyone who's shared your journey on here - it's helped more than you can imagine. I hope mine will help as well.

Pre op!!

I had my 2-week pre op today!! It’s so surreal that this is finally happening. I’m starting to get nervous but mostly SO excited! Here are some of my wish pics of what I hope mine turn out like. My PS and I decided on 365cc and 385cc (for my smaller left boob) Natrelle Inspira smooth round moderate profile implants. I’m a bit nervous they may not be big enough and have a bit of boob greed already lol.. my PS initially wanted to do 300cc so I already bumped it up but kinda want to bump it more to 400cc. I trust him completely, and I know he can only put in what fits and will know what looks good on my body! But it’s tough not to think it might not be enough. I may try to ask day of to jump another size we will see. The COUNTDOWN BEGINS!!! ;D

Eeeep I am getting more nervous as it gets closer to surgery day! I keep having nightmares about having botched boobs it’s freaking me out lol.
I called to confirm my sizes & found out that my implants (365cc for right & 385cc for left) are FULL (high) profile! I thought we were just doing moderate but they explained to me that because my BWD is so narrow - I think like 11cm - we need to do full profile to fit the size I want. I looked at the implant size chart and realized woah this really is the largest implant that will fit in me!! The only way to do any bigger would be to get extra-full profile, but I don’t think that would help give me the look I want. SO glad to know we are going the biggest physically possible for me in full profile haha.
I made some at home rice sizers in stockings & measured the rice to be equivalent to ~330cc because that’s probably around how much my implants will go down from being placed under the muscle! I had a hard time making the rice sit circular and flat lol the DIY sizers ended up very lumpy.
I’m a 32/34A and I definitely have SOME breast tissue. But still itty bitty!! It was fun to move and jump around with the rice sizers on to kinda get a feel for what they will actually be like! Here are some before & sizer pics.

Oh and would you mind sharing your height and weight? 365cc full profile in the soft-touch implant is one of the recommended sizes from one of my Consulting PS. I have been trying to find girls with similar builds and starting breast tissue who are getting implants in the size range recommended for me so that I can see how they turn out. Thanks.

Aw thanks so much!! I can't believe it's so soon! I'll do a post with my stats as well but I'm 5'3" and around 116lbs. Measurements from my consultation:
17 cm from middle of sternum to areola
right: 6 cm from areola to breast fold
left: 5 cm from areola to breast fold
11 cm breast width diameter
