A month post op
So this is me 4 weeks after surgery, there’s absolutely no discomfort the implants truly do feel like a part of me, and that they are mine now! I can bathe and fully emerge the wounds in water, I’m applying cream to the wounds so they scar nicely and then I will start applying bio oil or something similar I also use a hair dryer on cool to fully dry the wounds after a bath (as advised by my surgeon), I am okay with the scarring I thought I would dislike them a lot more! But they’re barely noticeable an as my breasts drop more the less and less visible they will be. I cannot stress enough to go with your gut instinct on size, a lot of friends said to me to go the biggest you can to get your money’s worth, but no! Listen to your gut, I feel like mine are looking more and more natural as the days go by and the confidence and happiness I now have already! Is actually unbelievable, it’s simply life changing and that may sound silly but having a insecurity vanish is an unbeatable feeling, nothing compares!

Day 18
So yesterday I got the dressings change and managed to have a look the scars which I was surprisingly okay with... when I change my dressings myself next week I will share the pictures. I brought a new support bra today and I am sizing at a 32D at the moment although I can’t wear a normal pretty bra for 3 months. So the wounds are healed but now they need to start to turn into scars- and soon I’ll start applying creams etc. The massaging will begin soon although, overall my whole experience has been amazing and every day I look at my new breasts I just smile, best decision I’ve ever made!
