Two days before surgery!! I’m 5ft 1, weight 51kg and have a 26-28 inch back which results in a 30B bra. I remember when I first started this journey and I was adamant I was having the smallest possible breast implants. I’d urge anyone reading this that assumes that 225cc is “too big” to reconsider. Personally for me, the rice test was very inaccurate and 225g rice tests seemed ridiculous on my body. However, I was very lucky to meet a surgeon who actually STOCKED small sizers and when trying on 225cc as a proper sizer, they really suited my body.
From research, I think there are more options of sizes in round implants but I’m severely lacking in body fat up top and wanted teardrops. When I saw the difference between a 195cc and a 225cc sizer, there was no doubt in my mind that 225cc was the way to go.
I’ve seen girls with 180cc rounds and they look amazing and not too big so it appears (in my opinion) that rounds look bigger than teardrops as the 195cc teardrops wouldn’t have been worth the surgery.
I’m still incredibly worried that the 225cc will be way too big but something is better than the nothing I have at the moment.
The main reason for starting this blog is because there isn’t much AT ALL out there for girls who want to read about/see examples of smaller implants. I was determined I wanted much smaller than I’m going so join me and see!

Hello! Best of luck! March 14th happens to be my birthday! I am too getting a BA but on Tuesday the 19th! A birthday present for myself! My boobs are somewhat similar to yours and the doctor says the 255cc is the size for me but I feel they are way too small and im kinda worried about the size. I was thinking about something like 300cc. im trying to go for a large C cup. Keep us posted!

What back are you? I’m a 26-28 and I think 225cc will make me at least a D!! I saw a review on here recently for a girl who had 225cc rounds and she’s ended up a DD or E!! You’d be surprised! Happy birthday for tomorrow!!

Really? A D? Well I am a 26-27 in back (I think) if you go to my profile you’ll see what kind of results I am looking for.

Maybe she had a small BWD. 2 people with the same implant will look completely different bc of their BWD, stats and starting anatomy. Just sayin’

I would love to see some more photos. I have the same body type and tity size as you.

Day of treatment
Operation done!
balletboobsMarch 14, 2019
Operation done!! My left boob is awesome. My right boob is 10/10 with pain even with morphine and codeine. So strange. As the one boob was hurting so much more than the left, the nurse wanted to check it so I managed to grab a quick picture whilst I was undressed. Obviously just swollen and definitely need to drop but I’m a patient person and that will take weeks/months. Hope you like!! 225cc teardrop over the muscle. According to my surgeon, the nurses said they were jealous when he was doing his final checks so I must look pretty good! What an amazing surgeon!

Thank you. Lots of swelling so they feel too big for what I wanted at the moment but I know that’s just swelling so I should look great in a few days. They’ve swollen even more now and I’ve got a full on cleavage!

5 weeks post op

It’s been a very tough journey so I wanted to use this space to be honest with people about how tough BA can be. I recently left some comments on MYA Space and was told not to be negative on the forums by admin staff so I feel a lot of people go into this thinking everything will be great! This is not the case.
Day 1 post op: I ended up with something really rare called Neurapaxia which meant my nerves were severely damaged in my right breast. This was so painful I couldn’t breathe. I think hospital staff thought I was being a baby about the pain and it wasn’t until the consultant saw me the next morning that we realised something was severely wrong. I was then heavily sick from the painkillers which caused a haematoma in my right breast too and I was told I might need to go back down for surgery. Cue huge pain attack. I was finally discharged once I was put on the right painkillers and it was established there was no longer any bleeding. However, I decided to put a hot water bottle on my breast for the pain and burnt it!!!! Please don’t do this ladies. I was just so desperate I didn’t know what else to do - 5 weeks post op and I’ve still got scabs and blisters from this.
The neurapaxia is slowly going away. BUT the tightness, the pain, the inability to sleep properly, the inability to move your arms (regardless of neurapaxia) is something which is never discussed. I still have pain 5 weeks post op, can’t sleep properly, they’re sore all the time and hard so buying clothes isn’t easy.
I’d also recommend having the surgery done in winter due to the Macom bra. Now the weather is getting better, I could do without wearing it but they’re sore if you go without it for longer than an hour - I’m not used to the “weight” on my chest.
The size and shape are incredible. My surgeon is amazing and I’d never fail to recommend him - I’ve also had a rhinoplasty with him and he’s jut amazing. BUT please don’t take BA lightly, it’s a painful, life changing procedure which takes a long time to heal. Once you start talking to girls who are also post op, you realise you’re not alone with the pain and the inability to move and the sleeplessness and the tightness. It’s a big op. Make sure you’re prepared!!
I also have pics of my scars and blisters and other such healing pics before 5 weeks if anyone wants to DM to see them. I just haven’t been able to write till now as it’s been such a long, hard journey that I didn’t want to comment until I was feeling better.

Fantastic result! Fellow teardrop small implant owner here ;) Sorry to hear you had such a hard recovery. Hope you feel it was worth it regardless.

I had mine done 14th March and yours look better than mine already!! You had much more breast tissue to cover them in the first place though - mine look very stuck on still. You’re looking amazing!!
April 19, 2019
Thank you so much. Yes I was blessed with more tissue but as the same time my skin is very stretched and thin so I was equally concerned about the stuck on look. and I disagree - yours really don't look stuck on! If I hadn't viewed so many BA pics I would have a hard time guessing if they were real or fake....and they will only become more beautiful over the coming weeks :) PS - you have an amazing bum!!

Now we can just move forwards and buy lovely bras and nice clothes and feel confident in our bodies. Here’s to the next chapter!!

Good post pointing out that problems can happen w/BA. I had healing issues at 3 wpo but luckily the scars aren’t that bad at almost 2 ypo.
Btw, you have the perfect bod to go with your new boobs! Thanks for sharing your journey. ❤️

Thanks for starting your review! Best of luck on your surgery on Thursday! Please keep us posted!
