Hi! Here they are after all this time. I wonder if a slightly bigger implant would have give them a more bottom full look.

Two month update
I hope the right side will continue to drop and that they will both get a more natural look... My right pec muscles didn't take it very well it seems like...
At this point they are softened just a tiny bit. Hoping for a more natural feel in the coming months.
I feel good overall but I miss exercising a lot.

Mid January I had my procedure. Everything went really well and I have zero regrets (so far).
After doing lots and lots of research I decided to do it through the transaxiliary approach (incision in the armpit).
Dr Porumb has extensive experience and made the perfect recommendation for me, even though the small size surprised me a little bit.
He is an advocate for more natural results that are in proportion with ones body. True artist!
I'm only one month in and they have a way to go until they will settle. I hope things will get better and better.
Stopped taking pain meds after 2-3 days following surgery. Was able to move around at a slow pace.
I'm still taking it easy.
His recovery recommendations are a little bit more on the cautious side than other Dr's I looked into. Maybe this is why his results are consistently beautiful? Who knows?
After one month the right side is still high. I hope it will drop eventually and that they will even put ... I don't expect perfection but at least some more balance. And I hope they both drop more. Patience is key!
