300CC Nearly 7 days Post Op under clothes
I’m just showing some photos of me with clothes on as the boobs always look smaller. I like the size of them under tight tops and baggier tops too. I will be able to wear most of my old wardrobe still, which is great!

Day 3 PO 300CC silicone round under muscle, from 28D to ??
It’s day 3 post op and i’m feeling more mobile but am still very sore and tight. I have developed a rash across my chest and shoulders… which I think was from when I wore a fluffy cardigan to bed and getting too hot in the night…. I hope that’s the case anyway. My sister says perhaps it’s an allergic reaction to the silicone implants! I bloody hope not! I’m going to speak to my nurse about it. I have my check up appointment a week post surgery so not for a few more days.
I’m really happy with how they look so far… I think once they drop they’ll be a lovely shape and size. Not too big but nice a full.

I had been the most skeptical when it concerns credit magic. I had always thought the minimum duration for a negative to go off your report was 7 years, until I was proven wrong by a specialist. My wife was pregnant with a set of twins. So we needed to get a bigger apartment before she put to bed. All my application for a house loan was declined due to my poor credit history, I needed a minimum score of 700 but my credit score was at 592. I was about giving up when my Realtor introduced me to Metronet Credit Solution a credit guru who has been helping her clients. I started the process mainly out of desperation. But my doubt was cleared when I was told to pull my report after 7days. I was astonished when I found out my credit has been raised to 760 and negatives wiped. I’m so grateful to metronet for this great help they rendered to my family and also a very big thank you to my Realtor miss Jane. I’m strongly recommending them to anyone with any credit related matters; you can always reach them via email: metronetcreditsolution@gmail.com.

How Low Should I Go? 225 - 300CC Quandary! 27D/32AA Mini Boobjob
Hi everyone. I've found this site so helpful when trying to work out what sort of size to go for for my breast augmentation. So I thought I'd finally share my journey and see if I can finally decide what do go for myself and I have finally booked my surgery!! I'm so excited but nervous about getting the size right.
I have it booked for 15th December in the UK but I am still undecided about size of implant.
My surgeon originally said 350CC but my immediate reaction was that's too big.
I was wearing an ill fitting bra at 32AA. I knew it didn't fit very well as although my boobs don't fill out bras, they are actually quite wide for my frame. It was only when I went to a proper bra fitters to talk about what size I'd like to end up after surgery that I got measured properly. They confirmed that I am currently a 27D. Honestly bra sizing is bizarre! Cup sizes really don't mean anything on their own... it all depends what your back size is... when you see my photos you'll see what I mean. I do not look like the D cup I imagine. Lol
So my stats at the moment are:
Age 39 years,
Mum of 2 (breastfeed both)
Height 5ft 6"
Weight 9st 4lb
band/chest size 27"
breast width13cm
I am actually quite happy with the shape of my boobs but just like a bit more upper pole fullness and slightly more projection but I would like a very natural look. I don't want to go too big. I like small but full boobs.
My surgeon suggested 300cc HP Mentor textured under the muscle, cutting at the fold
This implant has a projection of 4.7cm, and is 11.1cm in width
But whenever I put rice sizers in my bras 300cc just seems too 'jug' like. They feel too big.
I have been feeling more comfortable in 230 - 250cc sizers. But I am concerned that rice sizers are not very accurate and that if I go for an implant that size it will end up being a bit too small. I find this process so difficult!
I have been trying to find girls with similar stats to mine to see what results they get with different cc's but it's so tricky to work out if we're starting off with similar breast tissue. Plus boobs can look so different once they're clothed so although they. might look big when they're bare, once they're covered they can look a lot smaller so I'm really not sure what to go for.
Any advice or similar experiences are most welcome! I have my final consultation with my surgeon on 2nd Dec to decide what size to go for so I have a couple of weeks to get this clear in my head.
Thanks ladies!

First of all you look great now with very nicely shaped breasts! Second, if I were you, I would listen to your surgeon and go with the 300cc size. You’re going under the muscle so you’re going to lose a little bit of the projection, and also, your breast width is 13cm so you don’t want anything with too much smaller a diameter than that. Although you’re a bit shorter than I am (I’m 5’9”) we have the same look to our original breasts. My profile is moderate, which gives me the wider base to the implants, which I needed. If you go too small in the base diameter, no matter how many cc’s you get, they will look too far apart. I have a larger implant that what you prefer (580cc) but as I said, the profile is going to be hugely important in how your implants fill out the width of your chest. I’m on my third set of implants now, but I started when I was quite young (24 years old) and my first implants were 250 cc textured silicone. In the U.S. where I live, the textured implants are out of favor right now. My second set were 465cc saline, and my third and present set are 580cc silicone. All were under the muscle. All were moderate profile. What I see here on Real Self, and what I know from my own experience, is that most women wish they had gone bigger. At first they will be swollen and look weird, but they will drop and fluff and the swelling will go down. My feeling is to go with the 300cc and make sure the base is wide enough. Best of luck on your journey!
Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on my post and for your kind words. I really appreciate your advice. Yes I’d like to try on a 300cc in moderate profile so that it’s wider in the base, with less projection. And maybe once they’re in and behind the muscle they’ll feel more like the 275cc sizers? I know a lot of people wish they’d gone bigger and get boob greed but also reading some mini boob job reviews, some smaller girls wish they’d gone with lower cc’s. My worry is that if they’re too big I won’t be able to dress them down but if they’re too small I can always wear padding when I want more oompf. You know? X
Is 275cc an option...?
Yes i’m definitely contemplating 275cc. I’m hoping to try on more sizers next time I see my surgeon. They didn’t have all the sizes available to try on when I went last.
My wish boobs looked a lot like yours and I went with a 275cc Mentor moderate profile. My surgeon suggested 350cc at first as well, and then I contemplated 300cc. After a lot of thought, I went with the 275cc and I'm in love. My clothes still fit and my tops don't drape. I'm 5'1", 118 pounds.
I would go for the 275-300cc. You will lose volume if going under the muscle and end up looking about the simple to what the sizer 250cc made you look like. A 50cc difference is really not much, btw. I''m only 2 weeks PO and had 350cc moderate plus implants put in with the goal of a full c-cup. So far, I don't like look like I've had surgery from the outside, which is exactly what I wanted. All of my clothes still fit nicely, and the swelling hasn't even completely subsided! :)
Amazing! That’s so great to hear! That’s exactly what I’d like mine to be like - my regular clothes still fitting with no drape!
I’ve just checked your photos and your boobs look amazing! They’re beautiful! And that’s so interesting that you got 350 and 375. Do your regular clothes still fit? You’re a similar height to me too. Can I ask what your breast width was before surgery please? I’m tempted to go moderate + profile instead of HP. Thank you so much for your help. Xx
Amazing! That’s so great to hear! That’s exactly what I’d like mine to be like - my regular clothes still fitting with no drape! Do you have any before and after pics that you’re happy to share please? Don’t worry if not, your testimony is so helpful. Thank you so much. Xx
I would leave them alone to be honest I had small ones but super droopy and sad after breastfeeding, I would have gotten a lift instead of implants but don't like the vertical scar. My doctor surprised me with a size bigger than requested, now they feel too big for my body and don't like the fullness above the boob Mine are under the muscle What nobody tells you is how much sensation you lose. That was a big shock. It's like you barely feel anything anymore and it's quite a big erogenous zone I like small and cute and real whenever possible Mine look kind of ok in clothes but a teeny bit fake as well That is my two cents I would have gone smaller (and might still) or re think just having a lift
@luminous9137 oh i’m sorry to hear you’re not happy with yours. I have heard about the possible loss of sensation but i’m willing to risk that as mine are currently too sensitive anyway.
I just got 280!! I was in between 250-300 as well but I also didn't want to look huge on top. I am only 4 days out so I'll update and maybe it'll help. Wishing you the best of luck and I hope you get everything you dreamed of
Ah congratulations @twww119!! Thank you so much for your comment! Yes I’d love to see how yours drop and fluff! They look great so far! Fingers crossed I can get the result i’m after!
Good luck finding the right size! I’m excited for you!! Not long now till your big day! It’s a nerve wracking but thrilling feeling isn’t it! How do you feel in the sizers? Do you feel a big difference in the 250 vs 300? I know a lot of people say they wish gets gone bigger but I was of the mindset that I’d much rather have gone too small than too big as you can dress up smaller boobs but it’s hard to manage boobs that are too big. So it really depends what you’re after. I felt quite confident that 300CC wouldn’t feel too big for me, that it was probably near my limit. The surgeon originally recommended 350CC for me so I knew 300 would probably be a good option and that I might feel that 275 was too small in the end. I hope that helps? Xxxx
I completely agree with you- I’d rather be a bit too small then go too big. I’m used to small breasts and I don’t want to look overdone / fake from a mile away.
I made rice sizers and you are right they don’t account for muscle compression which will flatten them a bit. On the 3D I think 300’s look reasonable on me… with the sizers, 250 feels more comfortable. Was thinking 275 maybe? But maybe I should trust the 3D image and do 300. It’s the hardest decision ever!! Plus I keep looking at reviews with girls of similar stature (I’m 5’4, 115lbs, 12cm BWD) and the results confuse me even more because Of how implants look on different people. One girl I was like wow love the result and she had 220’s and another results looked similar and she had 350’s! Then some I’m like wow nope looks too big and they may have only gotten 250. So the final result is so hard to predict it seems. Hopefully my surgeon is comfortable providing some advice on what to pick based on his experience.
It sounds like you're in exactly the same position that I was in! I got swayed by girls who I followed on youtube and they had had 195 and 250CC respectively and had a really lovely result... plus they looked similar body size and original boob size to me.... so then I panicked that I needed to go down to the 200's... it's such a mind boggling thing! I literally spent hours researching and comparing as I bet you have done too!
It sounds like you would be happy with either the 275 or the 300CC.... and if you like the 300 on the 3D then I would be tempted to go for that.... they say that 25CC difference is hardly noticeable. It's probably a matter of a few millimetres in depth or width (depending on what profile you're going for).... oh and that's the other thing - the profile... are you set on what profile you like? I didn't want mine to stick out too far and make my tops look like tents so I went for moderate plus (my brand was Mentor) instead of high profile... which for 300CC was a difference of 1cm in depth/profile/how far they stick out from my chest. In the end I think the high profile might have been ok too but they are yet to drop and fluff so I will have to wait a few more months to find out what they finally look like.
Good luck lovely! I'm sure whichever option you choose you'll look awesome. xx
