2 month update, lingerie upload
two months later, and I’m feeling great still.
More so when I look back at photos before and realise how I looked and felt.
I have had no pain, or discomfort since the initial first few days. My sensations are all pretty normal too now aside from the nerve damage I had from the pectus repair surgery which affects the breast bone area.
I think the biggest issue for me, is coming to terms with that this was the maximum size recommended for my body type and I wish I was bigger to have bigger. But I’m grateful for my results and who knows, maybe one day I’ll have enough money to do it again

Almost 4 weeks post op
Wanted to share an update, to show the scars more so than anything.
One is slightly higher on the breast than the other, but they both are healing really well, my right breast is still a little more swollen than the left which is normal, both heal at difference paces, I tried an alternative support bra which was super comfy and I liked how it wasn’t completely squishing my breasts. The journey to recovery has been wonderful, I haven’t had any issues except sleeping is still annoying I just want to lay on my side and it’s hurting my back now to lay upright.
But…. Still worth it!!

220c Breast Implants Petite Frame, Previous Pectus Carinatum Repair (Pigeon Chest)
Welcome….
Back in 2018 I had surgery to correct what is commonly known as “pigeon chest”, where my breast bone / sternum was asymmetrical and pointed outwards.
The surgery was done and I was still left with some cartilage that pointed more outwards but my surgeon did the best they could.
My breasts were still very underdeveloped, and small, and my breast bone stuck out more than my breasts, I couldn’t wear any top where my breasts would show, I couldn’t take my kids swimming, I couldn’t wear nice dresses, outfits and even my bridesmaids dress from my sisters wedding had to be altered to cover me up.
Fast forward to 2024, I finally took the “plunge” and booked in for breast augmentation!
I’m very petite, literally no weight on me (it’s been a struggle constantly trying to put weight on!) I’m 5’4 and at my consultation, me and my surgeon agreed that the goal was to look natural, fit my frame, and to bring volume to the top of my breast which was no existent before.
We decided that 220c was enough to make me feel womanly, without comprising the natural look, and would be the maximum cc recommended for my body type.
It’s almost two weeks since, and I’ve had some mixed feelings especially in the compression bra, because the push and hold everything in place, they look “flat” to me, but when I take it off to shower, I’m happy with the size and remind myself that big breasts were not the goal for me, and I could confidently get in a swimsuit and take my kids swimming without feeling like an alien with a deformity.
If anyone else has lived with pectus carinatum (pigeon chest) I would recommend having this fixed if possible but remembering that it will not correct it 100%, and following that, breast implants will make you feel so much better about the way your chest looks, and feels. I’m happy I’ve done it, I’m happy so far with my results and I’ll probably end up a B cup with the 220cc implants I have, and that is more than enough for me.
Do it for you.
