You look great!! They are so pretty!!
Thank you!
They look amazing! I would you be able to let us know your height and weight and before size? I was looking at 300 cc but your post makes me think smaller may be better.
I’m 5’8” 135 pounds. honestly looking back I could’ve gone up to 300 and it still would’ve been very natural looking in my opinion, I think it also depends on if you are doing anatomical or round. I’m happy with the size I chose but 300 wouldn’t have looked too big on my frame either. I hope that helps
Would you be able to do a squish video? Or quick update? I’m trying to solidify my BA. My doc recommends anatomical textured gummies. Do they feel natural to you?
Hi! ok so I actually did a squish video for my doctor and I will see if I can get ahold of that. My implants feel like my actual breast tissue. they move and look super natural. my boyfriend is amazed ow natural they feel. I have the textured oval based moderate projection anatomical by Sientra places subfascially. I really think placing them subfascially helps with them feeling more natural. I have two friends with implants and one has under the muscle and one has over and I much prefer the feeling of the implants over the muscle. it’s a personal preference but my doctor recommends subfascial for a lot of patients. I hope this helps!
this is the exact size, shape and brand that I want. I have such little breast tissue, would you still recommend doing subfascial or do you see the low breast tissue to be an issue and should go under the muscle? I am curious from a patient point of view. My breasts currently are smaller than your before pictures. You result is exactly what I want! This is the best example I have found on here.
I would ask your surgeon what he or she recommends but I would definitely see a surgeon who performs subfascial routinely if you decide that route. I know my surgeon does a lot of fat transfer over implants to help disguise them even further on patients that are slim with little breast tissue to begin with. I think it also helps to do anatomical shaped implants rather than round for even more natural look. I hope that helps:)
it definitely does woman, thanks so much. thing is, i have like no fat haha.. sounds like a blessing but in this case it is a curse. I agree with the shape suggestion.
ORIGINAL POST

210 cc sientra anatomical oval based implants subfascial and lipo to armpits.

I’ve never had issues with my breasts before until I was in my 30s. I lost volume and the extra padding inserts were no longer doing the trick. I also hated my little fat pockets around my armpits. I did not want big breasts I just wanted them more full but still natural looking. I decided on 210 cc sientra implants. I had them put In subfascially. For me this was a no brainer, I was not impressed with under the muscle implants that my friends had gotten and the recovery time seemed a lot longer and just overall more invasive in my opinion.
Implants were inserted under the breast crease and my scars are starting to diminish. I felt the recovery time to be easy and the worst part was the bloating and the constipation from the pain killers. I was back at work on day 8 and could’ve gone back sooner had I had a desk job but I’m on my feet all day so I needed a bit more time.
Dr. Zeidler performed my surgeries and did a fantastic job. I can’t say enough good things about her. She took so much time with me during the consults and I felt very comfortable with her. She does incredible reconstruction work with patients that have had mastectomies and her attention to detail is amazing.

How was your lipo to armpits? Can you share more please. Do you have pictures after the procedure?
Lipo to armpit was definitely one of the best things I’ve done and I highly recommend it. You can kind of see the difference before and after in the photos -unfortunately the best way to see a before and after is in a tight tank top and I don’t have any photos like that. The recovery was easy and I think if you’re going under to do implants then do armpit lipo as well.
Thanks for sharing, I am considering breast implants vs fat transfer with lipo to my arm pits
