Forgot to add this, but I recently measured myself and here is the new sizing! Kinda crazy to think I went from a 36B to a 34DD/DDD or even E. Anybody who understands this a little better, could you please explain the difference between the 34DD/E and the 30F/FF?

I would highly recommend Dr. Williams. He was completely thorough in my consultation and made sure that I knew exactly what I was getting into. He made sure that I knew the risks, as well as being very clear about what my expectations should be. He described himself as a fairly conservative doctor and told me that he would choose the appropriate size implant for my body type for both aesthetic and safety reasons. He had an excellent bedside manner and made me feel comfortable about everything before and after my surgery. He left me his personal phone number and was responsive when I was concerned during my recovery process.

Ok so if you wear a 34DD, you can go up a cup size by going down one size in the band. For instance you can go up to a 32E, or size down a cup size by going up in band size to a 36D.

10 week update

Vixie703
So it’s been a while since my last update! I didn’t wanna stew too much over this stuff so i didn’t freak myself out while i was healing. I still need to have an appointment with my PS for updates and concerns, i haven’t talked to him since my 2 week update.
They’ve gotten way softer, i would argue that they feel pretty natural the majority of the time but sometimes they feel firmer, especially when I’m wearing a bra. My major concern is the fact that one of my nipples sits a bit higher than the other. The side with the lower facing nipple took much longer to drop, so I’m wondering if it’s just taking the skin longer to stretch? It’s not super noticeable when i look in the mirror but when I catch a glimpse of them in pictures or in a double-mirror situation I definitely notice a difference.
Sometimes i feel like they look super natural and other times i feel like they look augmented and too unnaturally round. But they look great in clothes and I definitely feel like they balance out my body better than my old boobs did. They just fit better for my body type! No regrets!

1 month update!!

I figured since it’s been a month since my surgery I would give an update. My PS said that by 3 months I should really start seeing the results I want so I’m a third of the way there! It’s funny how much the new boobs have become just a normal part of my life now, and so casually. They mostly feel like a part of my body now, only occasionally still feeling like foreign objects but mostly when I’m massaging them. Every time my friends hug me they act like I’m going to break and all the while I’m trying to give normal hugs, so that’s a little weird. I’m thinking about going on a first date this next week and I’m kind of wondering if it’ll come up and how I should talk about it if it does... anyways they’re making progress! The right one is still a trouble maker because of its frankenboob appearance but the other is really starting to round out nicely!
