I have recently lost 40lbs. I was once a DD, but now I’m more of a C. I want to go back to my old size, but also, I want to have my right nipple corrected. It points downward, unlike my left. (Both my paternal grandmother and my paternal aunt have this problem.) This will be corrected perhaps by a crescent lift. I am going to see Dr. Alison in Huntsville, AL.
I’ve always disliked the appearance of my breasts, but even more so now. Can’t wait to see the results! Surgery 3/22/18.

Here are pictures from over the past few days. My pain hasn’t really been that bad. I’m mostly just uncomfortable.
The only real problem so far is that I am struggling with extreme constipation and bloating. That’s the most painful thing at the moment.

Depressed and regretting my decision.

So, I just re-downloaded this app. I’m now researching implant removal surgery. I loved how they looked at first, but they settled way more than I was expecting. My aureolas are even larger than they used to be, I have stretch marks like crazy, and my right nipple still points down. I only liked them for about three months. They’ve been done for about a year and a half, and I just want them out. I’m afraid I’ll need a lift as well.

I second this! Interested to see the differences between pre op, post op and currently. I'm so sorry to hear that!
