I’ve had this account for 2 years and I can’t believe I’m finally sharing my own journey!!! ????My surgery is 11 days away (May 24th) and I could not be more excited! I am 20 years old, 5’6, 125 lbs, starting with a 34a (but even that pops off my chest????). I’ve always loovveed the look a big boobs and hoping to achieve a full DD. After trying on sizers at my consultation I ended up trying up to 600cc and loved it; however, my surgeon said that may be a bit bigger than my anatomy will allow. Therefore, we decided we will go as big as will fit!! She will even have 650cc on hand JUST in case, but at my pre op she told me she’s guessing 560cc will be my limit. I cannot imagine EVER feeling like I went too big, and after reading so many reviews I know the boob greed can be real lol.. so not taking any chances! It has been a little bit of a struggle for me to find other girls who have started out as small as I have, and chosen to go as big so I am hoping I will be able to help others in this area! I have finals coming up so not sure how much I will post (surgery is the day after finals! ????), but I will be sure to start updating as much as possible after the surgery!

I think you’re making the right decision as far as going as big as your anatomy will all comfortably. Boob greed is real! Since you know what you want to achieve, and are sticking too it I think you’ll be happy. Too many woman get freaked out by the high number of ccs and go lower and then they aren’t happy. Remember to go with what you want and what your surgeon says you can fit.

I totally agree! Before having my consultation I would have never expected I’d want more than about 475 mayybe 500 after seeing everybody’s reviews on here, but now I’m praying the 605 fits

So excited for you! I had 595cc under the muscle silicone. I love them, they are just taking some time to drop. I was a 34b before now I'm a 34dd!! Good luck! Do t forget to postpics. I'm waiting to post until my left catches up with my right.

Thanks I would love to see your results too! It’s so rare to find other girls in the 550cc+ range. My surgeon has decided to go over the muscle so I am hoping they drop quicker because of this, but I will definitely update every week on how they are coming along!

Dr. Quardt in Rancho Mirage, Ca. A lot of people have been asking who my surgeon is so I just want to make a disclaimer that even though my results turned out good I had a problem with her attitude at post-op appointments. She is also always late and never seemed to really care about my problems once the surgery was done. So yes, thankfully they look great! But know that I actually would never go back to her if I wanted anything else done. I recommend you simply find a better surgeon with good reviews who will go over the muscle as that is the one thing I have always thought helped my results turn out so well. Not that I can compare to having under, but it obviously worked for me!

Feeling down. My boyfriend asked me to send him sexy pictures since we’re apart tonight. I tried to take some, but I just kept getting frustrated. I don’t feel sexy. I don’t feel confident. I couldn’t take a single picture without looking at it and wanting to cry because of how flat my chest is. He tells me I’m perfect how I am, and I know he loves me no matter how big or small my boobs are. He is the only guy I’ve ever actually felt comfortable taking my shirt off in front of. But still despite this, I just wish I could truly feel sexy and confident for myself. I feel pathetic trying to take sexy photos when I look like a 12 year old boy. Just 4 more days and it will finally be over.

I have to admit, although your after pics are phenomenal , gorgeous, I am with your boyfriend. The before pics were also phenomenal. I love your tiny boobs. Every man for himself I guess lol.
