This is my last update!
Everything is great and I love them. It's sometimes difficult to take deep breaths still when my chest is very tight and I'm not wearing any support but it's impossible to say whether that's exacerbated by anxiety, muscle tightness, stress, etc as well. I don't think it's *entirely* due to the implants but I do think they play a part in this because of how large I went. I can sing (with good posture) a few lines of a song and it sounds and feels strained versus lifting my boobs up and singing the same lines with the same posture and it sounds much clearer and feels easy. So it has affected my breathing. Also, some overhead movements in the gym still feel weird.
Regardless of that, I'm happy with them! It's something I'll learn to manage. They look so good and everyday, even if I don't feel good about my body some days, I look at my boobs and think "but damn my boobs look good!!" And I'm excited to get super in shape to feel my very best. The scars are perfectly placed and very faint. And I can dress my boobs up or play them down depending on how I feel each day. Love love love them!

6 months :)
I'm still very happy with them and I'm pretty much 95% back to everything. Still building strength and getting used to holding proper posture. Still dry areolas once in awhile but not badly. Love love love them!
22 weeks
I can exercise just fine now. Finding a good bra is really hard. I love them so much. My nipples and areolas are still very itchy and dry. I'm guessing because there are still nerve endings reattaching? It drives me nuts when it itches badly but I try to use cerave or some gentle moisturizer on them and it helps. Besides that, sometimes the weight of sleeping sideways or a certain way without a supportive bra can make them subtly achey. It goes away shortly. I can't do bear hugs or lay on my stomach comfortably without cupping my boobs but that's fine. It's easy to adjust to. I'm still very glad I did the procedure. I don't even recognize my old self in photos anymore.
