7 weeks PO
So life has been super hectic lately, and I haven’t been able to get around updating on my progress. I think I’ve been quite lucky to be recovering so smoothly without any major complications whatsoever. My girls have settled in comfortably now and I am just over the moon with how they look. I was initially quite afraid that they’ll end up too big for my liking (as I was only planning on getting something modest), and that people may notice the difference. However, I think that 205cc fit me just perfectly, and my friends say that they look super natural and that people might probably just think that I had a mild growth spurt LOL
I just had my 6week PO consultation with my PS not too long ago, and he’s very satisfied with the results as well. I’m now clear to start wearing underwires again!! I haven’t actually had the time to get measured yet, but I’m guessing I’m roughly a full B or small C based on how my old bras fit - which again is exactly what I wanted. Again, they’re not massive, but rather small and perky which I think fits my frame very well. And I just love how I’m able to fill out certain clothes so much better, and I no longer have to avoid plunge necklines or strapless tops anymore :)

PO Day 5
So I just had my post-op consultation 2 days ago and I'm good to begin showering again. Doctor said that my wounds are healing fine and my next consult will be in 6 weeks' time. I'm actually really happy that I'm recovering so well - it's only been 3 full days since the operation, and I'm feeling about 80% myself already. I have no problems washing my hair, washing the dishes, changing in and out of my clothes, etc.
The skin around the incisions are already beginning to itch a little, and that usually means that they're healing I believe. For the most part, my boobs do still feel numb, and they feel a little weird when not in the surgical bra - feels like two balls glued onto my chest LOL.
I got a little bit excited and decided to measure my bust size to try and guess the size I'd end up with. And I was quite disappointed to find out that I was still an A (???) I just used a couple of online bra calculators, the ones where you enter in your underbust and bust measurements, and they churn out a size. For reference, my underbust is 26' (65cm), and bust is 31' (79cm). A couple of sites measured me as a 30A (8A), and a few others measured 26DD/E. The 2 measurements are like worlds apart, but I feel like I'm definitely more likely to be an A than a DD/E. But it's still devastating though. I know the numbers shouldn't matter, and that how they look like should be most important. I am actually very happy with how they currently are and really really like the size that I got, but am just kinda disappointed because I was excited to shop for cute bras hahaha. But in terms of proportion, I feel they fit my figure pretty well (I think)
Anyhow, they do still look pretty fake naked and are quite stiff (you can see the outline of the implants), so I'm just waiting for them to d&f!

PO Day 1
So yesterday was the big day, and everything has been going well so far. I ended up going with the 205cc as planned. The surgery itself felt relatively painless - although I was told by nurses that I was in a lot of pain immediately after the operation and that I had to be put through another dose of anaesthesia, however I do not remember any of this (thank god). I remember falling in and out of sleep several times after, and just feeling really weak and tired. Surprisingly, my chest feels alright, no overwhelming pains, just a dull ache in my left incision. It was a very pleasant experience overall - Dr Greensmith did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable with everything, and the nurses were superb and were constantly checking up on me to make sure that I was alright. Although it was a day operation, and I was admitted at 10am, I was told that I could leave the hospital as late as I wanted, and only when I felt that I was able to. I ended up leaving around 8-ish, and slept the rest of the day.
I woke up this morning feeling much better. I'm actually surprised at how well I'm recovering *touch wood* I do not feel any pain at all when lying down (upright), only just a little soreness around the chest area when I stand up. It mildly hurts when I try to prop myself up from lying down, but no major pains or anything.
So I'm currently in the PO surgical bra and I'm super tempted to have a peak at the new girls, but my boyfriend keeps scaring me and saying that the implants will fall out if I take the bra off LOL. I've been told that I can't take the bra off at all till my next consultation in 2 days. But I'm pretty happy with how they look in the bra, they do feel a little too big for me, but that's probably because I'm so used to being completely flat. They do feel a little numb at the moment, especially around the nipples, but are not rock hard like most of the reviews I've read. I feel that the size I got (205cc) and going over the muscle has definitely helped with being in less pain and discomfort overall. Anyway, I'm just super excited for my next consultation so I'd be able to see them without a bra for the first time!!
