This is my first post here. The Realself community has provided me with a lot of valuable information, and I want to share my experience too. I live in Estonia and am planning to have a breast augmentation (BA) in Tallinn.
I’ve had three consultations: two at Kotka Erahaigla with Doctors Yüri Kullamaa and Heiko Atna, and one at MM Klinik with Dr. Mare Malva. I really liked the doctors at the Kotka clinic. They gave me extensive information about the operation itself and all the associated risks.
Research has shown that smaller implants lead to fewer problems, which is exactly what I heard from Dr. Heiko Atna. Dr. Kullamaa suggested Motiva Demi Round implants in the range of 285-300, which, according to the sizing chart, will fit me well. He also emphasized that the real result of the implants isn’t visible until they are applied to the body, making trust in the doctor crucial.
I’ve heard positive reviews about Dr. Kullamaa and found him to be very convincing with extensive experience, so I decided to choose him for my procedure. On the other hand, Dr. MM seems to lean towards larger breast sizes, which does not align with my preferences.
I’m scheduled for tests on April 25th, followed by the breast augmentation procedure with Dr. Kullamaa in May.

My stats:
• Height: 178cm
• Weight: 56kg
• Base Width Diameter (BWD): 11.5 (if I recall correctly)
I am choosing between Motiva Mini (245-275) and Demi (285).
Does anyone have experience with dr. Kullamaa?

Hi there,

I don’t have experience with dr Kullamaa, but wanted to write you as I saw your post.
I have motiva mini 220 overs, and I’ve been happy with the size BUT..
After 1y I have started thinking should I replace them with Demi 265 unders. The size my doctor first suggested me, but I was too scared if I go too big.
Reason I’ve start thinking about Demi, I now understand what my doctor said about how Minis doesn’t move as Demi implant does. That’s something that has started bothering me.
I also slightly see the lines of implant as mine are over the muscle now. The lines got visible after they really dropped.

Just wanted to share my experience, I hope I would paid more attention how the implant feel and move, instead of just thinking about the size.
I wanted to have smallest implant possible and I still do, but I think I would get more natural look with Demi unders.

Hi there! Thank you so much for your comment. I’m having my surgery in two days and the thing about Demi and Mini bothering me a lot.
I’m trying to focus on what I want in the end and about the result, but excitement makes me nervous.
But I think it will be easier when I see the doctor and we will figure out something.
You result is very beautiful and I wish to have something like yours. And will keep in mind your advice while taking a decision.
I will share all about it in 3-5 days.

Hi, I’m due to get mini ergonomix 2 (joy) 285 and I’m stressing whether demi is better as surgeon is not recommending them says look too flat?

Hi there, I think it's very personal and depends on what you want. Also, the shape and type of your chest and how much tissue you have will affect the final result.

I have experienced both, and in my personal opinion, the demi is not as large as I initially thought. My doctor didn't recommend the mini under the muscle from the beginning. However, a couple of my friends have the mini, and they look great.

Yes I agree it’s very hard to tell as UTM won’t look as big, I’m going OTM so I think I may go for the minis.

Such a relief. I did it! I’m writing this after 8 hours of my surgery. I feel calm and relaxed. I even had dinner already.
Just a few words about the clinic and doctor. I chose Yuri Kullamaa at Kotka Erahaigla in Tallinn, and I’m super happy. I had just a few words with the doctor, and that was great. He understands and knows exactly what the patient needs, with no unnecessary words or conversations, just as I prefer. I’m staying in the clinic for one night.
After a long time of researching, I chose Motiva Ergonomics mini 260, and the doctor agreed with my decision.
I haven’t seen my results yet, but I think it’s what I wanted.
Here are my pics before and after 8 hours.
My stats:
Height: 178 cm
Weight: 65 kg
Bwd: 11,5-11,75

It's weird, but I have a feeling that it's always been there.

Hello everyone. It’s my second day, and I don't feel any discomfort. The implant is under the muscle, but I don't feel any muscle pain, only in the incision area. The nurse said that I can take a shower and have sex. There are no restrictions except avoiding raising my hands high. I was expecting a worse scenario.
