WORTH IT
I have my surgery in 2 days!! I want to fill out lost volume due to breastfeeding, and fix my hypertrophic nipples. My nipples got totally stretched out and enlarged due to pumping and nursing. I will have small silicone implants placed first, 175 cc in the left (slightly larger) breast and 195 in the right (smaller) breast. I’m getting round, moderate profile, silicone. T my 3 week post op, I will have nipple reduction.
I’m a little worried that my implants will be too small, but wanted to err on the small side- I have a thin, slightly athletic build and just want small, cute breasts. I’d be happy with a B cup after all is settled. I hope I made the right choice in sizing!!
Stats are 5’3, 100lbs, 32a/aa.

Surgery was about 6 hours ago. Everything went well. Dr. Benchetrit’s staff were all really great, and the surgical suite was super nice— really swanky! So far, the sizing I chose looks perfect for me. My husband thinks that people won’t even notice, yet my breasts are much fuller— just what I wanted! I’m pretty sore, but it’s manageable. I have only taken Tylenol because I hate the feeling of narcotics. I’ll update with photos in few days.

I woke up this morning feeling MUCH better than yesterday. I am still sore, but am moving around much more freely. My breasts are still quite swollen and sitting high on my chest, but overall, I am pleased with the size so far. I uploaded a couple of pictures. Now I can’t wait until I have smaller nipples!

Hi there! I had noticeable improvement between post op days 1 and 2, and since then it’s been slower. I think I’m doing well, considering, but it’s hard caring for my kids when I can’t lift or reach. Sleeping has been hard as well- I hate sleeping on my back! I’m in very little pain now, and am down to a few doses of Tylenol per 24 hr period. How re you doing? Hope your recovery is easy!!!

Aaah... the sleeping on my back! I feel you, girl. That has been the worst for me along with not being able to pick up my kids too. I miss cuddles with them :( I know it’ll come soon so I need to be patient and heal properly. Glad to hear you’re doing good! How’s the dropping process going for you? I feel like there’s not been much progress in that department for me lol
