160cm, 5'3, 49kg, 108 Lbs Motiva Ergonomix Mini 260-275cc Under Muscle

Since I am quite young I want a breast augmentation. Back in June, I went to see 2 different surgeons and they both recommended the same: motiva mini 245cc left and 260cc right. I was saying that I didn't want a massive change, and not a lot of projection, I just wanted to make easier for clothes. I finally got the surgery end of November and the day before I panicked cause I was scared it'd be too small after looking online. It also looked much smaller on the vectra 3d. People all started to tell me that if you're not sure between sizes to take the bigger one. So the day before the surgery, I was so stressed and I don't know why I decided to go even bigger: 260cc left and 275cc right under muscle.
Now I think this way too big. I mean it's okay but it's much bigger than it looked and what I wanted!
I had surgery a week and a half ago. So It is still swollen now and sitting quite high, I know it takes a few months before to sit in the pocket and stuff. But how much is the swelling gonna go? Am I panicking too early?

So today it's been 5 weeks, and since a few days I am actually IN LOVE with them!
They're not as square and in the last 10 days a lot of the swelling went away and the shape became suddenly more natural. At this point I get why people were saying to go a bit bigger than my first idea cause right now I hope that most of the swelling is gone. They're perfect, i dont want them to be smaller hahah????
So a week ago I had a small bleeding issue on the right side but it seems to go back to normal. It is just itchy under this wound but it is also better everyday.
