I have always been unhappy with my small beasts . Decided now is as good a time as any to get it done and be happy! You can only work out to achieve certain body goals but getting breasts is not one of them. I used to be more fit but stopped working out to get a more natural easy look, I don’t want to look “fit”, just slim and natural looking . My weight is a big higher than most girls with an A cup on her , I think partially due to my height but also my legs are long and butt is very voluptuous. Breasts would balance that out. Here are my current photos, going for pre-op Feb 8th and booked in for March 6th! Any suggestions on size are appreciated. I want the teardrop gummy bear silicon implants.

Digital imaging and sizers - leaning towards 255cc or 280 anatomical mentor under the muscle
I really don’t want them to be noticed by family or coworkers. I want to maintain my “thin” look, and don’t want a top heavy look.
Can always use push up bras to get cleavage but can’t make them smaller... right?? Ugh I’m so torn between 255 or 280! It’s not 300... 280 might be ok?!!

hey :) I have to check Monday. I know the 280 is half an inch too big and the 255 is half inch too small. there was nothing hat fit my actual width.

Hi there, what is your exact BWD?? i’ve been doing a lot of research on this for the past few months, I might be able to help with your decision. I too am very tall and slender and I did not and I do currently still do not want to be top-heavy and not look natural and petite up top. Because being tall, as women can get away with the larger size that will actually look proportionate to our bodies, however there comes a point when you stop looking unnatural of course. And believe it or not there is not a huge difference between those 2 sizes... Plus if you end up going sub muscular you’re gonna lose some projection. I would go with the 2A.D. I am 5’9” & 150lbs Although I probably look like I’m 130, I too have bigger bones. So I completely understand where you’re coming from, my recommendation with my BWD goes all the way up to a 415, and I was thinking that was outrageous!! but it falls within the range of my BWD, along with all of my other measurements. So don’t be afraid to ask questions about all of this, but also be aware being tall that if you go with the smaller size and then it’s sub muscular you might not be happy with the end results. I definitely would go with the 280 I think he would be much happier. Good luck with everything, my surgery is April 3 and I cannot wait! Always been super petite up top but after nursing three babies, I am completely deflated left with nothing! I’m super excited to feel like a woman again that’s for sure! And I am not doing the 415 by the way, LOL! ;) :p

just got the measurements. I am 11.5 and the implants are 11.0 and 12.0. I’m opting to go with 255 because 11.0 seems like a better fit . I am tall but I feel like I have a small torso... is that weird!? lol

Is that what they are recommending? Are they not recommending a larger size? Have you been able to find something similar? It really depends on how much breast tissue & how dense your breasts are.... but also it’s what look you’re going for. I don’t think there’s that much of a difference between the sizes I would definitely go towards the 280. It doesn’t seem like it’s a lot but every review I read and hear every gal says If you are debating between two sizes and there’s not that much of a difference to go the larger size. I should be taking a dose of my own medicine telling you this, LOL!

I opted to go with 255 gummy bear drops under the muscle. I am 5’9 and 135 lbs. my BWD is 11.5 and the implants are 11.0.
