125lbs /5'5" /23 Years Old/ No Kids/425cc

I scheduled my consult with Dr. Pugash on April 12, 2021. I had grew up with med-large breasts with a smaller frame (115lbs/32dd) when I was 16-20 but started to gain weight and lose it via yoyo dieting. After reaching 145lbs at 23 I got a trainer and I'm back at 125 with 10lbs to lose. But my breasts got sagging and smaller over time. I would say I'm at a 32c/b atm.

I'm looking at 400-450cc with med-high profile because my ribcage is quite wide. I want my boobs to be closer together. I think it fits well with my hip size (36).

I had my consult on April 14 and my pre op appointment on May 5. My surgery date is June 3. I'm so excited!! I tried on some sizers (250/350/400) but they all seem too small for what I want, so I scheduled on May 10 to try more sizes on. This time I will bring more clothes that are restricting so I can see how big I can go. My band is 28" and I'm 117 lbs here (5'4-5"5)

I feel like when I look down they look big but when I wear clothes/i look at the mirror they are smaller??? I want the DD/E cup look on my frame. I'm still sized as 32c/d at Victoria's secret but I feel like that's mostly skin lol...
