Surgery day to Day 3
Surgery went well! Quicker than I thought and no complications. The pain is very similar to having fully engorged milk breasts that need to be pumped (if you’ve ever breastfed, you’ll know)
Doctor said I do not need to massage and I am fine to go about my regular activities, minus lifting and exercise. I have full range of motion with my arms, just a little sore in the armpit area.
Now that it’s Day 3, I feel WAY better. Just making sure I don’t over for it.

3 more days until surgery
Pre-op appointment went well. I confirmed with doctor's office what size I am getting (325cc) and what type of implants I will be getting (silicone, smooth, round, high profile - Natrelle)
Super excited and just nervous about recovery time. Hoping I bounce back smoothly and quickly.

2 Weeks Until BA
I had my initial consultation with Dr. Sheinbaum last July. I initially planned on breast augmentation, abdominal liposuction, body tite on abdomen and facial fat transfer. I was 127lbs at my consult. I've since lost weight and am now 109-111lbs. I am 5'2", 45 and have had 3 singletons and one set of twins. Breast fed and pumped for all of my children for a total of 7 years lactating. I'm currently a very deflated 34A/B. My largest was during lactation and I was a 32K (and I was only 99lbs)
I had a review appointment set up to make sure that my treatment plan was still the best route for me. Unfortunately, I lost too much weight. The abdominal lipo + body tite is out and so is the facial fat transfer since my abdomen was supposed to be my donor site. He now thinks a mini-tummy tuck would be better suited for the results I'd like. I do not have the down time for recovery available right now so I am pausing those options and only proceeding with the breast augmentation.
I am fairly certain I will be going with 325cc Silicone - and he says he does a dual plane placement. My pre-op is 3/2/22 and I will update after meeting with him again. I'm nervously excited and looking forward to having volume back in my breasts.
