10 Days Until Surgery

I had my pre op appointment last week. I am currently a very deflated and slightly sagging a/small b cup. 120lbs 5’3”. We decided to go with 330cc moderate plus natrelle inspira silicone. These are my comparison photos of my before and “after” with the sizers in. The sizers are 310cc so going 330cc to Compensate for some of the size loss from going under the muscle.
The closer it gets the more anxious I am about the sizing and possible complications etc. overall still more excited than anything and really hoping that working the next 7/10 days helps keep my mind off of everything.
Anyone here a NICU RN? How long did you take off work?

Hey...we are having surgery on the same day! I am.only seeing my PS again on 1st. We decided most stuff quickly and easily during consultation. I am going silicone/textured/under muscle/under breast incision/maybe 350/375cc. The size thing is terrifying, but all you can do is show photos and cross your fingers I suppose! I've seen on this site 285cc look like I've wanted, and 425cc look like I've wanted...! I'm not nervous at all. Just want it finished now :)

I am 5’2 about 118 pounds. Just had my surgery on feb 8. I was only out wed-sun. I was okay to work Monday but wish I would have taken a few more days especially if you have to reach above you head for anything. Good luck!

Opted out of a Lift, Happy with my Results So Far

Boymom04
I got my augmentation done with Dr. Salemy on March 5th. I’m currently two weeks post op. During my consultation I wanted a lift and implants together but Dr. Salemy suggested I get implants first and a lift in a separate surgery down the road. I decided to go with what he said and so far, I am completely happy with my results. Depending on how they drop and fluff in the coming months, I may end up waiting to get a lift for a few years instead of a few months.

Hi! You're results look amazing! I'm a NICU nurse too and I was wondering how long you waited until you went back to work? Also, how was your recovery and were there any complications?

I was off for 6 nights, went back for one, off two more then started my 6 night stretch. I have had no complications so far. I only took my pain med on the day of surgery and one the morning after, other than that I took extra strength Tylenol. I did take my muscle relaxers for 3-4 days bc I was having a lot of back pain. The back pain was the worst part. I never had any pain from surgery, just a lot of pressure and tightness.

Hello Would you share please if you went under the muscle or over the muscle ? Did the doctor mentioned that you have tubular breasts? Mine looks like yours and I'm trying to find what's the biggest size that I can go and if it's better to go under or over the muscle You look great! Thank you
